Indeed they are not and thank goodness for that, but decades of conflict certainly took their toll. I agree with the negligence explanation.
I'm no Middle East expert, mind you. All I know is that accidents can happen anytime, but they sure are more likely to happen without proper care.
I know I'm stating the obvious. But I took the toughest, military fire fighting trials and drills possible in my country. And at sea.
If you only knew.
An overlooked chemical facility in a country is tantamount to letting bleach or medicine within reach of young children at your home. Just on a tragic, larger scale.
I'm sorry, but sh*te does happen. I'm just fanatic about safety.

You should be a safety inspector then.

It's why we should be cautious about any product coming from China. Remember a few years ago when their dog food poisoned out dogs?

It's easy to demonize China. It's easy to look at it from an European POV. Surely they have overcrowded cities with people that eat everything from that grows, floral or animal. Together.
It was a bio-gastronomical accident. Crowded cities. Weird foods. Caged animals. The time-line is there.
But it sure is a China-virus, like the President said. Maybe a bioweapon gone wrong.
Is Donald Trump a buffoon? Yes, he is.
Is he a better politician everybody thought. Yes, he is.
His a brilliant negociatour? YES, he is.
Does he understand the system? NO, he doesn't.

I mean that’s a possibility since Winnie the Pooh is very controlling. But many countries like Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam have handled it well.

The united-states of america-

some were saying it was a drone attack smh

Hermes Express 123 wrote:I know. Soon many people dead and injured but the explosion....

It’s cause they let a few hundreds tons of that Amonite Nitre stuff, highly explosive, in a warehouse near the port for about 6 years. It accidentally caused by Mantinece work. The stuff was the same stuff used in the Oklahoma City bombings. It’s used for terrorist attacks and all that cause of how explosive it is and how easy to get it is.

Flandarz. Definitely.

Flandarz is definitely someone you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of. But don't discount The union of soviet socialist republik, who is quietly lurking behind the scenes.
