❈ 2.4 Foreign intelligence agencies will fall under direct of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
❈ 2.5 Military intelligence will be coordinated between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and His Majesty's Armed Forces.

Section III
❈ 3.1 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall be tasked with managing internal matters including promotion, operations management, recruitment, dismissals, and internal organization. The Sovereign shall participate in determining operation objectives, approving operations, and shall be consulted before all operations are conducted.
