Would be a real immature person to sue someone over a rp map. I'm going through copyright legal issues at the moment over someone who stole my works. It's rather tedious and quite expensive if someone is going to argue over a map, i wouldnt waste my time. As we rather just create a new map, than engage in childish antics. But as it's his "creative license" we would never go against what he has requested.

So he won't have to waste $$$ on a cease and
desist order for breach of copyright.

So you done? Because he really didn't need someone to come in and bat for him. As it is already in the works to remove it.

We rather keep it in house. That way the new map maker will be a member of this region and own the copyright to their creative work and make a declaration it's for RCN use, regardless of whether they stay or go. To avoid such drama from occurring again.

Mate, use common sense. You don't need a "enemies declaration" to be enemies. Either you're being stubborn, or you're just too out of touch with reality to realise that actions speak louder than words. In the case of banning FCNers joining the LCN, that's a pretty large action, which literally screams "enemies".

I'd like to say a few things regarding the recent events taking place across our, the LCN's, and the MDA's RMB. I don't really know where to start, but I do have something I'd like to say before I start writing this: Neither side is fully in the right.

In the last couple days, a lot of sh*t has been going down. To be honest, I'd be lying if I said I didn't see it coming. We were already on bad terms with the LCN, and they're notorious for doing things similar in the past. But what could I do about it? Nothing, really. The LCN would come. And so they did. I'm sure I wasn't the only person to be surprised. It was "fine" at the start, because nothing was really going on. However, San carlos islands began to make inappropriately offensive comments, which eventually spiralled into blatant antisemitism. I was away from the server for the bulk of the chaos, but regardless, I saw what happened. It was truly disappointing to see formerly liked FCNers descend into such disgusting practices.

That isn't to say that SCI acted differently in the FCN. I never really spoke to him in the FCN, or saw him there either. But from what I've *heard*, I'm pretty sure he acted the same way. I hope not, because I would be disgusted if the FCN would keep someone like that around.

Thankfully, SCI was kicked afterwords. Unfortunately, Durba-stobe/Furbish islands/Furby island 1 didn't take this well, and saw it as a ban. As I was asleep for most of the drama, I can't give a detailed recap... because honestly, I don't really know what happened. However, I do know for sure that he left the region. I know his reasons, although I don't really agree with them. However, I can say that I feel it's for the best. Not because I want him gone, not because he was a pest, but for his own good. Staying in this region any longer would've had more of a toll on him (and some of us) than it would be worth. With all of that said, I always liked Furby, and I wish him the best for the rest of his time on NationStates.

With that said, I do have my reservations with his defence of San carlos islands. SCI's disgusting racism and antisemitism are indefensible, and I'm disappointed that anyone would argue otherwise.

Onto the other side of the debate. Logon wasn't entirely in the right either. I disagree with some of the points he made, and he was overly critical of Furbish islands. Furthermore, Furby does technically have the right to his map (as has been established). Even if it was petty to revoke our use of it, he has a right to revoke our use.

Once again, I'd like to reiterate that neither side is completely right.
I'd also like to say that I hope that when Furbish islands looks back on this mess, he remembers me not as an enemy, but a friend. I wish you the best of luck man.

Well, I'm not a native speaker, and analogue would be my native language, which is even worse than English in terms of grammatics and countless exceptions to the rules.

It was said that noone of the bans were carried over you are just abusing your power with lies.
All of the rest banned members are fine.
Besides that there was no proof of him being the hacker and he denied the accusation.
If you do not unban him giving him the same treatment the rest of tje banned members had i will spread the word of your power abuse until all the region is concerned.
I had to tolerate power abuse in the Federation of Conservative Nations from the founder but that is not going on now.
I will deliver this to court if i have to i never let my friends at the stake much less for discriminate power dictatorial actions like this one.
