I think ima Switch all Valsora RP to this account and for The AU Map to my puppet for it

Modern destroyers are puny and weak, watching battleship proves my point.

Now that I keep thinking about this, it would be somewhat cool if some space fleet came down on Valsora, a small fleet of around 6 very advanced ships, and had to duel multiple navies of Valsora attempt to take down the fleet, but only with ships in the general area where they land.

I can get lots of ideas of where this could go, but I don't expect it to go far ;~;

“Well,” Nika says, taking another sip from her glass, “No matter how illogical people may seem, there’s usually an explanation.” At that, she reaches to the side, grabbing a bottle of malt whiskey, which she uses to refill Numair’s glass, before adding more to her own. “For example, non-humans are practically banned from living in Columbia. Of course, human includes the Maćka, considering that they’re practically human, but that’s beside the point. We don’t have the ability to accommodate significant populations of the more outlandish species inhabiting Valsora. Take, for example, one of your dragons. To start with, we would need to create an entirely different law code to accommodate them. As a minor example, how would you classify ‘public indecency,’” Nika makes air quotes around the words, “when the subject doesn’t need to wear clothes? More importantly, how would a dragon interact with aviation laws? How would they interact with the compulsory military service?”

Pausing for a moment, Nika takes a drink before continuing. “Then, there would be a massive array of services that would have to spring up in order to support them. Places for them to wash, eat, relax. Then, because these services would literally only be used by these few non-humans, they have to be subsidized by the government to stay afloat, and would just be a drain on the economy. We don’t hate non-humans, but Columbian culture is a very practical, utilitarian one. We simply recognize how impractical it would be. I would imagine that Shavara is much the same.”

"Well I can set you straight there, it isn't. Shavara's deal is more pseudo-historical hate propaganda, believe me I've seen a lot of the type." Numair sighs. "As to the complications . . . well. You've already heard we're inclined to the opposite of wastefulness and we make it work." A wry grin. "Entirely new law code? Actually, congratulations, you've hit on the only point where we've needed to refine a law and I think you know tha-" his brain catches up with his mouth. "Compulsory WHAT? N-never mind, mm, right, infrastructure to support dragons, that's a very interesting topic actually . . ." He takes a large sip of whiskey. "Most don't grow past the size of a bear dog - Thorn's a bit of a miracle - hell, the most common type doesn't grow past the size of a cat. They all take care of feeding themselves, they'll happily relax on any bit of parkland, as for washing there is a lot of water just flowing around . . . I know it wouldn't be so easy to adjust if Brethren had chased progress more avidly. We just wouldn't have the space for a Fury anywhere, nor the wild game. But we've found we can live well without bending our land to our specific shape, so . . ." there's now an atmosphere of vague smugness. "All can be welcome."

*clears throat*

The Shavaran government draws its power from pseudo-historical hate propaganda and knows perfectly well that easing up on the bigotry would set Manzanedo up for a rapid decline. He campaigned on "no more nekos" after all . . .

Why yes I do love ticking you off when it comes to this :P
