Refugee Ban Act : The nation will not take any refugees within it's borders.

Political Party Recognition Act : The nation will permit a political party formation and for it to contest elections if it can gather national recognition by having over 100,000 unique contributors to it.

Paid Parental Leave Act : Parents have the right to 52 weeks leave with maternity subsistence allowance, of which 36 weeks can be divided between the mother and the father according to individual wishes. The law states that an employer must provide Parental Leave Pay to an eligible employee who: has a newborn or recently adopted child and has worked for you for at least 12 months before the expected date of birth or adoption. The law is applicable to men/women and straight as well as LGBTQ+ couples.

The Working Time Act : It gives workers the right to at least 4 weeks in paid holidays each year, rest breaks, and rest of at least 11 hours in any 24 hours; restricts excessive night work and a day off after a week's work. Since excessive working time is cited as a major cause of stress, depression and illness, the purpose of the directive is to protect people's health and safety. The average working time should not exceed 48 hours for each 7-day period unless the worker sends in a special written request to his employer and the government for extending his work hours. There shall be free health assessments for night workers. Night workers who risk health can be given guarantees.

Plastic Ban Act : The law is passed in order to fight the growing problem of plastic pollution in the world which states all plastic plates, spoons, bags, cups, and utensils will be banned within 2 years. All the daily-usable products that are made of plastic will be banned. The replacements of these items will need to be made from biologically sourced materials that can be composted.

The National Social Security Act : The Fraxhemarkian social security is mainly handled by the Ministry of Home Affair's new Social Insurance Agency and encompasses many separate benefits. They are:
Clause 1 - Child benefits : Parents in Fraxhemark receive cash benefits to ease the burden of raising children who are under 16 years old. Generally, Fraxhemarkian parents will receive a flat rate child allowance of 1050 Fraxa bitcoins per month for one child, which is tax-exempt. If the family have more than one child qualified to the child allowance, the family receive 1050 Fraxa bitcoins more per child with additional "large family supplement". For example, a family with 4 children under 16 will receive 4200 Fraxa bitcoins child allowance and 1614 Fraxa bitcoins large family supplement per month, totaling 5814 Fraxa bitcoins per month. This child allowance is financed by the central government's budget and parents do not need to apply for the allowance, it is paid automatically. Apart from the child allowance, there are other allowances available for families with children. Families with children that pay over 1400 Fraxa bitcoins for housing per month will receive a state-rent housing allowance, the level of which is determined by the number of children, the income of the family and the size and rent of the housing. But the income ceiling is set rather high, so that even a family with income well above average is entitled to receive house allowance. For families with disabled children, they will also receive allowance for car, care and hiring personal assistants.
Clause 2 - Parental Allowance :Parental Leave will be in Accordance to the Paid Parental Leave Act passed. Apart from paid leave, parents also receive reimbursement (whole or partial) of hospital care, treatment and transportation related to childbirth. This clause will also include special benefits to care about sick and disabled children. Parents are entitled to up to 120 days to take care of their sick children every year. There is also a childcare allowance, to enable parents to stay home and care for children with long-term illnesses.
Clause 3 - Housing: Housing allowances for anyone who otherwise can't afford housing. Families with children, and people below 30 years of age may be eligible to receive a housing allowance. The amount depends on income, the size of the family, housing costs and house size. At most it is 1,300 Fraxa bitcoins.
Clause 4 - Sickness benefits and benefits for people with disabilities : Benefits if you are ill or disabled and can't work. Working people are entitled to sick pay when ill. The first 14 days (except the first day off) are paid by the employer, the rest by Ministry of Home Affair's new Social Insurance Agency. If an employee's ability to work is permanently reduced, disability payments may be made. If an employee needs time-consuming assistance in their everyday life to be able to work or study due to illness or disability they can obtain disability allowance. If they have a substantial and permanent disability where they need assistance with mealtimes, washing, clothing and communicating with others, they can receive an attendance allowance to pay for an assistant. If they have great difficulties in getting about on your own, or in using public transport due to a permanent disability they can obtain an allowance to purchase a car, make alterations to a car, and to take a driving licence.
Clause 5 - Unemployment Benefits : Benefits for unemployed (time limited to 300 days, five days a week, which means 60 weeks). If a person have no or low income you can apply for welfare from your local municipality. The municipality will look at your economic situation to determine if you should receive welfare or not. The welfare should be enough to cover things like housing, food, clothing and telephone.
Clause 6 - Retirement Pensions for the elderly : Benefits for those who have retired. If a person has worked in Fraxhemark, is a citizen or a permanent resident of Fraxhemark and has earned a taxable work income, they will be entitled to Fraxhemarkian old age pension, at the earliest from the age of 65 years. The levels depend on your income and how long you have worked. Elderly can also receive housing supplements or maintenance support. The levels of these depend on your needs.
Clause 7 - Fraud : Any fraud detected in using the social security shall be punishable with 20 years of imprisonment followed by 10 years of community service.

Criminalization of Non Human Sentient Beings Act : No sentient being can hold a business visa, Permanent Residency or Fraxhemarkian citizenship. Any undocumented sentient being shall be subject to death penalty or life imprisonment (as the case may be). Fraxhemark will however permit any sentient beings as tourists and students in the nation but only after stringent background checks and these beings will be deported back immediately as soon as their tourist/student visa expires.

Repeal of AI Personhood Law. : Repeal of the AI Personhood implemented by the Kate Irons Government.

Green Coasts Act : All cities, towns and villages on the coastal region of Fraxhemark shall be powered with solar, wind and tidal energy only.

Citizenship and Permanent Residency Law :
Clause 1.1 - Immigrants will have to stay in Fraxhemark for 15 years and should be holding a degree from a Fraxhemarkian University in order to be eligible for citizenship.
Clause 1.2 - Direct citizenship shall be allowed in following cases,
Clause 1.2.1 - If either one of the parents of the child who may or may not be born in Fraxhemark holds Fraxhemarkian citizenship.
Clause 1.2.2 - If the foreign citizen is married to a Fraxhemarkian citizen, then he/she shall be issued a Permanent Residency for 3 years after which he/she may apply for citizenship. During those 3 years of Permanent citizenship, he/she needs to be married to his Fraxhemarkian spouse. In case of any fraud, the guilty shall be imprisoned in Fraxhemark for 15 years after which he/she shall be deported.
Clause 1.3 - For an immigrant to gain permanent residency, they should either be qualified to Clause 1.2.2 or should be holding a degree from a Fraxhemarkian University after which he should have a proof of work for 5 years in the country. The applicant should not be, in this period, unemployed for a consecutive period of 6 months or they shall be deported.

Paycheck Fairness Act : This Act makes it easier for women/LGBTQ+/person of colour to raise concerns about pay inequity in their workplaces, by requiring employers to demonstrate that any pay differentials between men and women/LGBTQ+/person of colour are due to different responsibilities and not just gender, sexuality, religion or colour, by allowing women/LGBTQ+/person of colour to disclose their salaries for the purpose of investigating pay disparities even when otherwise prohibited from doing so, and by banning retaliation against women/LGBTQ+/person of colour who bring up pay inequality. Any business/organization found guilty of pay inequality shall pay the compensation to the individual as deemed right by the legal system. The business/organization will also pay a hefty fine of 500,000 to the Government of Fraxhemark. In case of inability to pay the said fine or compensation, the business/organization's assets shall be mortgaged/seized or frozen.

Universal Health Care Act: The state will provides health care to all citizens.

Democratic Socialism: Industry is owned and run by the government in a centrally planned economy with few private industries permitted in fields of Automobile, IT, Pizza Delivery, Gambling and Book Publishing .

Veep Act: The Veep Act is to create the Office of the Vice-President of Fraxhemark.

Senate Act: The Act creates an Upper House of Parliament known as the Senate. The Speaker/Chairman of the Senate will be the Vice-President of Fraxhemark. The Senate will consist of 60 seats. 5 seats each from the 10 states, 3 seats from Fraternal City and 7 seats nominated by the President of Fraxhemark. These 7 seats should be filled by people with achievements in different fields like sports, education, research, art etc. The State Legislatures shall elect the Senators.

Anti-Bullying Law :
For minors : Minors found bullying in school or committing cyber bullying shall have to do 8 years of community service and spend time in juvenile till they reach 18 years of age.
For adults : Adults found bullying or committing cyber bullying shall be sentenced to 7 to 15 years in prison depending on the degree of the crime. In certain cases, Capital Punishment may be enforced.

Free Childcare Law : Children up to the age of 12 years will receive free healthcare. This includes medicines, check-ups and vaccinations.

No Drugs Act : All recreational drugs are prohibited. If any citizen or tourist is found possessing drugs, he shall be sentenced to 18 years in prison.

Helmets Act : Bikers have to compulsorily wear helmets. Failure to do so will result in suspension of their license and 2 years in prison followed by 4 years of community service. Bikers who meet with accidents and are not wearing helmets shall not get their insurance or any government aid for healthcare. Their bike license shall also be cancelled.

Cashless Societies Act : Pound sterling shall no longer be Fraxhemark's currency. Instead all transactions will take place online and the new currency is the Fraxa Bitcoin.

Public Places Internet Acts: All public places in Fraxhemark shall have compulsory free wifi.
