I need to sleep but even with my meds i can hear metal and wood clanking and i know it isnt real but i can still hear it why do i hear these things are the meds doing it or is it simply me going insane i already see a counseller psychiatrist and therapist i dont need anymore help and im being pjt on a bigger medication dose and new meds and they will hopefully free me from my torment help me please

Alrighty cool cool cool. I promised Shy I'd be posting cringe.
Wanted to just say thanks to y'all. Been around on the RMB six years on-and-off now, but that's too short a time to know such wonderful RMBers - because, whatever other regions might say, the majority of our RMBers have been great.
I very nearly declined the deputy role when it was offered to me, but I guess I'm glad I didn't. I've been pushed far beyond my comfort zone pretty constantly over the past seven months, but I feel like I've grown more confident with time. I'm sure I've made plenty of mistakes - several I'm painfully aware of - but I've done my best to help make the RMB a more welcoming, safer space for people to hang out and talk to their friends. Whether I've achieved that is, I guess, for youse to decide.
Much thankings to everyone in Outreach for everything they've done, both on the RMB and behind the scenes. Especially Salem and MadJack for dragging me into this in the first place, Bow and Dimetrodon for consistently having way more faith in me than I do, and Kyo for not reporting me for impersonation every time I use Feet and Ankles.
But all good things come to an end - or, if I've managed to piss everyone off, I suppose "all bad things pass eventually" or something. I regret to announce that - though, as I said, six years is far too short a time to spend among you - this is the END. I am going. I am leaving NOW. GOOD-BYE!
