The same goes for the many military bases across the country. The Reunited States has been building up it's military, making it a feared power that could stand toe to toe with many of it's neighbors. It has been lining up it's military along the border with the Midwest Commonwealth, including the Dominance and Enclave Prime. It is seemingly preparing for war
President Crawford of the Confederate commonwealth was P*ssed to say the least when he entered the oval office.
"Ward wtf are you doing? The Brotherhood is our Allie!"
Meanwhile at the hexigon in Macon.
"Sir we just got orders from the president of the reunited states!"
"What's it say?"
"Move all our troops to our border with the Midwest brotherhood chapter!"
"What the hell?"
"So we just got new orders from President Crawford!"

"Move all troops to the enclave border!"
"Send the one from Ward through!"
The guards surround him.

"Is it?" Rips open shirt to revill an enclave war tattoo (like cops or soldiers get to remember stuff)
"Sir your under arrest!" Before they could detain him he sent the order!"

"What's going on?" The first lady asked.
"Mam the enclave is attempting war with the BOS, the general was an enclave simpathisor!"

They comply. "Gentlemen this is Mrs Crawford, the orders the joint Chief just sent are wrong. He was an enclave sympothizer and is working against the CSA! All troops shall move to the enclave border!"
Not long after the events in the csa, the Reunited States sends a message to the Midwest Commonwealth, urging them to join the Reunited States and help them rebuild America in an image that would be one of prosperity and civilization rather than chaos and war.

The convey moved out after switching men for ones from the vaults. The convey was the idea of General Lincoln since the first Demon attack. The soldiers on the trucks were armed with prewar weapons, artillery and enough supplies to feed the Union for years. The mission was as much a exploration as a Liberation. Tales from the refugees have sparked hatred for the Demons. James, The resistance fighter, has been removed from quarantine and sent to guide the convey. War has been declared by the Demons on the New Englander Union and everyone that from the distant colonies to the Canadian departments are ready for war. General Lincoln will sent a request to mobilize to DC.
The Queen has approved the forceful curing of the refugees of radiation. Head Senator Emily has been criticized for the Union with DC and many would like to remain independent but since the the forming of the Reunited State of America or RSA, there has been economic booms all over the Union allowing the funding of increasing ambition projects like the reverse engineering of Jet engines and the attempts at manufacturing prewar laser weapons.
