It is proposed to request regions that send a embassy request to Silent to first preferably send a telegram to the founder, delegate, non-wa delegate or regional officer stating reason for requesting embassy with Silent. This will help make the decision if to accept a received embassy request.Should this be added and also indicated in Silent's WFE ?
