Amongst all that I genuinely don't think the big scaffolding tower is the major reason people visit France. I for one have visited France at least a dozen times but have only visited the Eiffel Tower once.

you are totally right, just reading this makes me want to go back in the summer if it weren't for corona, but sadly in the eyes of many tourists France is still just Paris and the Eiffel Tower
