Ugh. I hated the second season.
Honestly, I felt like it was pretty much like the first season, except with another binch.
I thought that the whole SOA anime was a tad bit cringe-worthy. But, I originally watched it in sub and it was weird to watch it in dub with my sister (literally, the only anime she watches are those with dubs).
Right now Rachel's watching Death Note--so, naturally, I'm watching it too....
It's been a while since I've seen it, but I think that I like it. Then again that's probably due to the fact that it watched DN when I was like... really, really stupid and couldn't comprehend the many twists and ish; but, now I like it a bit... still upset about one f'ing episode though and many things that could have happened at the start that could have completely ended the anime in like 5 seconds... I.E. in one episode Light appears behind and person and says that he's Kira and that he'll kill said person if said person turned around. Obviously the said person could've just kicked him square in the swim-suit area and would've caught Light... but noooooooooooooo.
Honestly, if I was in an anime... there would be literally no plot because I would finish everything in like 2 seconds... Like if it was mystery or like anything detective-related I would destroy the crap out of the plot line.
