The exteriorem piracy movement

The Death Syndicate wrote:#Exteriorem Pirate War
Under the cover of darkness, the AOS paramilitary ships detect a large mass of ships in the Exteriorem gulf with infrared.
“Admiral! Possible pirate ships lie ahead. Orders?”
“Set loose the wrathwalkers.”
The black skiffs are lowered from the AOS flagship. They race out into the dark waters.
“Fire a volley of star-shells when the wrathwalkers are near the fleet.”
“YES SIR!”
The pirate fleet sees the skiffs when the get to close, but are suddenly blinded by the star-shells. The skiffs are only barely visible on close range radar. But when they can see again, the skiffs are empty. The wrathwalkers use wrist mounted propellers and a hybrid SCUBA rebreather outfit to stay completely submerged, without a trace. The AOS - WWS fleet are ordered to charge at the pirate fleet, guns at the ready.
THIS IS AN AOS BROADCAST ON ALL FREQUENCIES
“This is Admiral Trench. We have defeated your pirate fleet holding the flagship ransom, and many of the pirates from there have joined us. Now, they experience true wealth and power under our wing. They have military grade weapons and armor, larger ships expertly cobbled together, if such a thing can be done, and now a fleet of an extra 80 ships, 60 surrendered and 20 built from wreckage, will come to reinforce us. We are 136 strong, comprised of an AOS profiteer fleet and WWS ships from your previous engagement. Lay down your arms and join us, or face our wrath.”
 END OF BROADCAST
“Lord Grave, let’s see how loyal your men truly are in the face of greener pastures.”

Lord Graves smiles grimly at the transmission. He had anticipated this, and had instilled in his men a fear of these AOS men. He had told them that there was a slaughter, and that the AOS didn't give them a chance to surrender. He said that they manipulated our own men to turn on each other, for their morbid amusement, and that they would try it again. His ships opened fire on the fleet. While outnumbering the enemy, they were more disciplined and had much better equipment. He turned to his right hand. "Captain Pelleon. Have the front ships ram the enemy. Have them destroy their own ships and board the AOS scum's ships. Then take our explosives and attach them to our torpedoes. We might be able to take out these Lerasian cowards once and for all." His brother nodded. I never liked him anyway. Graves thought. Too bad that he would lose so many ships. He had so much power. It was fine though. He would survive. That was what mattered. Graves turned his flagship around, and went full speed ahead with twenty of his strongest ships, escaping the battle while more than 90% of the people that trusted him died by the scores. And he smiled.
