Greetings!

I am delegate Qdaylan Kormetchan and I speak for Leader Eastern Tatarstan, on behalf of the Regional government of Altay.
This is their message:

To the honorable government of The Black Hawks.
As you may or may not know, your region has an embassy with the Central Region of Puppet Nations. The CRPN, despite being a separate region, has been always perceived as an integral part of Altay. Whoever has an embassy with any one of Altay's subdivisions has an embassy with Altay itself. However, this embassy was never actually physically present. Therefore, we decided to request a dirrect embassy between TBH and Altay.

With that being said, we shall proceed to the main point, that is the attacks on our allies. We did not mind your raids on our allied regions before you established an embassy with us but now, things have changed. Now we share embassies and therefore we are considered allies. The Regional government of Altay sees it as a bad policy when a region raids their ally's ally. We do not care that much about the regime in our allied regions but we do care about the embassies. Therefore we would like to ask you to cancel the closure of embassies between Altay and the Renegade City and never close the embassies between Altay and any of its allied regions if you ever happen to raid one of them again. If you do not wish to do so, the Regional government of Altay shall abolish any embassies with The Black Hawks, remove the TBH advertisement from the CRPN WFE and raid any of TBH's allied regions whenever possible and necessary.
