Bringing in more people will result in more that could possibly be infected with this disease, that is a fact. It doesn't matter how much training  anyone has, mistakes will always happen. My people have been through entire plagues burning through our villages before the land was occupied by Terreich und Preussen, we were prepared for this, yet it still got out. As I say again, for their safety, I want all non-essential personnel, as in people who are not needed for containing this virus, of the Green Cross and the Courts to leave immediately. I also want samples of the virus that have been taken of Xi-Chang to be handled EXTREMELY carefully. We don't need another outbreak.
