Gassasinia signs free-trade deal with Sofrezia
The Gassasinian Ministry for Economic Affairs has announced a new Gassasinia-Sofrezia Trade Agreement. Gassasinia and Sofrezia will agree to aim to cut trade tariffs within five years.

It is hoped that this trade deal will bring jobs to Sofrezia from Gassasinia's industries, which thirst for labour to fulfil their manufacturing needs. Furthermore, the deal will have the benefit of granting Gassasinian companies access to important natural resources - in particular iron ore, aluminium, wood, crude petroleum and fish.

On the other hand, this free-trade deal will grant Sofrezia cheaper and easier access to medicines, electronics and ships, amongst other technological exports of Gassasinia.

Furthermore, border checks between Gassasinia and Sofrezia will be lightened, to make travel between the nations, along with allowing for Sofrezian citizens to stay in Gassasinia without the need for a visa, and vice-versa. In particular, it is expected that this will particularly boost Sofrezia's tourism industry.
