A. H: And what was this dream about?
J.G : I had a dream that the USSR disintegrated into capitalist states, and Russia is fighting against Ukraine, and one of the propagandists supports Duce
A.H : ....It seems that talk about the war on the Eastern Front has really tired you out.

I don't get the joke, where is it supposed to be funny?
