While in the past, I have considered the Assembly of Regions Discord server a great, official location for roleplay due to 
Lower Nubia's masterful powers of compromise and administration, in Lower Nubia's absence, my opinion on this matter has been slowly changing. I have seen the Africa server and RMB dying, with maybe four nations still participating between them. While I think Lower Nubia's server has been a great endeavor and has revolutionized roleplay, I believe that the best course of action is to maintain the Assembly of Regions discord server but to move the bulk of roleplay back to the RMB and even to the region's own Discord server by any necessary means. I would like to meet with Tanzanique, 
Mombombu, Lower Nubia, Abaddon, Chungilio and any of the other people who so diligently serve the region and whom I may have neglected to mention about this matter in the near future.

I would like to note that this object of my worry has not come about due to any of the NUMEROUS personal disagreements I have had with various members of the Discord server but instead from my past and recent observations of the quality of the roleplay and interaction on the Regional Message Board and the Africa Discord server. I also want to note that our embassy status with the Assembly of Regions gives us the ability to use their Regional Message Board for interregional roleplay. The use of that RMB for such a purpose has never been objected to in my experience, and it has been, if not extensively, used during my time in Africa for roleplay by members of Africa. It is a fact of life that not everybody can or chooses to use Discord, and I do not think there should be any requirements that people should do so.

I have also noticed that the quality of other regions' Regional Message Boards and Discord servers have not noticeably diminished since the implementation of the new interregional Discord roleplay server, meaning this is a uniquely African problem that requires an African solution.
Operation Complete
The First Operation aka Operation Taras is complete. Taras presents to the world a new healthcare system with new treatments to decrease the mortality of a few diseases like Cholera. Taras in the Karnatanian Language means Health or Care. As a result the new healthcare program is implemented into hospitals all over Karnatania even in the lower populated desert villages. Taras is also represented with new roads at the same time as these hospitals which will allow almost everyone in the state to receive healthcare. Taras finally concludes with a system of Universal Healthcare so people aren't denied to live as they would die without this. Many parts of Karnatania are both rich and poor The Rich live in the major cities across Sahnaria and Karnatania while the poor live outside of them. This concludes that the rich poor percentage is around 40% rich and 60% poor. This is the main reason why we want a free healthcare system in our country. More funding is sent for the next operation. The Further the operations go the more advanced the technology will most likely be. We are hoping to modernize as quick as we can.
Sargeron
Sargeron is one of the fastest growing cities in the Continent of Africa following Taras Reformations. The City is reporting almost never before seen growths. This is followed by growths of population across the country especially in Sahnaria. Project funding continues to grow as the city of Sargeron grows to great levels though so far the city is at 15th place In terms of largest in all of Africa the cities growth may change that

after winning the elections for prime minister Salman Murqin Ben Ali has now been elected president as a former general on the JBM forces during the siege of Aydin and the former vice president of the JBM beat founder Anwar Muhhamadura he then appointed

Get Out and Go In
Its official. Karnatania has withdrawn its 1M soldiers on the border with Bangova but they were relocated and split apart. 200K heads for the border of Africa romanorum as a just in case but they are not armed with heavy weapons and artillery is not on the border its like a police force. Mobilization on Romanorum following completion of Hydra
War with Romanorum isn't inevitable but tensions in the country towards Africa romanorum have grown too much for the government to do nothing. The 1M troops are all reorganized on the border so the people can shut up about it already. Nationalistic Fervor is growing to scary rates in the country. Shahrouk makes very angered speeches talking how Sahnaria was stupid to "surrender" even though it technically didn't it was treated like Germany. This only causes more anger -_- Damn it Shahrouk. Operation Hydra is completed with the revealing of a high powered rifle aka a Railgun. However this is not complete at all and required major improvements as it is tested out. Tension also grows towards other NAWA members in the east due to the possibility of lands never being returned which are vital for Sahnari Independence one day.
