_{M|edia Release from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade — We, the Foreign Ministers of Australia representing the stance of the Australian Government, the unified a majority of the Senate and House of Representatives and the people it serves, underscore our serious concern at National Presidential Order #1 given by President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin of the Union-State of the Russian Empire that suppresses the political and press freedom of all non-NCCE political allies, affiliates, organizations and sub-political entities, together comprising all forms of opposition or non-agreement, civilian or organization, to the National Conservative Coalition of Eurasia in the SGRI.}

_{By United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the following articles have been breached by National Presidential Order #1:}

_{Article 19 - "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."}

_{Article 20 - "(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association, (2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association."}

_{Article 21 - "(1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives, (2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country, (3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures."}

_{We firmly believe in the protection of opposition and personal thought to be principal to a freely governing body and country in representation of its citizens, and to be principal to upholding the natural-given human rights of all citizens in the world.}

_{In clear and brutal disregard to these principles, National Presidential Order #1 suppresses all forms of opposition in the SGRI, citizens and political, from participating in government or expressing disagreement to to the NCCE, suppresses non-NCCE media from being received by the citizens of the SGRI and prevents non-NCCE media from being operated, and suppresses the free thought of all citizens in the SGRI who disagree in any form with the National Conservative Coalition of Eurasia.}

_{We, the Foreign Ministers of Australia representing the stance of the Australian Government and the people it serves, condemn National Presidential Order #1 given by President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin of the Union-State of the Russian Empire.}

_{We call on all nations of the world to condemn National Presidential Order #1 given by President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin of the Union-State of the Russian Empire, and we call on the Union-State of the Russian Empire to recognize and serve the natural rights of citizens in freedom of political thought, expression, association, representation and media freedom. It is crucial human and political rights are respected.}
