A snowfall has begun to blanket the desert border town of Nogales, especially hard in the hilly neighborhood of Solidaridad. A beat up gold 1990 Toyota Corolla made its way up the hills dodging the potholes, inside was 3 middle age males Nico González, Juan Pablo Gálvez, and Joshua Curbelo all of them good friends and more importantly coworkers. The 3 men had the same job they were social workers working with the Programa de Salvación in Nogales unknown to Nico he had begun to help the son of a soldier in the Gente Nueva, an elite group in the Sinaloa Cartel. They had just that day finalized the paperwork to move the son of the soldier named Alex Mina who was only 13 and had already been forced to take the life of 2 people by his father. The Programa de Salvación snuck him onto a bus and sent him too Ciudad Victoria in Tamaulipas. This angered the father and unknown to the social workers a black SUV has been following them since the parked in a Pemex to get gas and some drinks. The Toyota Corolla chugged along up the hill while the black SUV speed around them and blew past them driving out of view.

      | Nico González : Driver |

”..I hate the people that drive like that, like they can’t wait 2 minutes.”

      | Joshua Curbelo : Front Passenger side |

”Calm down cabron, you’ll give yourself a heart attack with how mad you get driving.”

      | Nico González : Driver |

”Ay ay, i guess you’re right dickhead. Who drives a car like that in this neighborhood either? That mierda was all clean, I could see my own reflection in the bumper jajaja”

      | Juan Pablo Gálvez : Backseat passenger |

Juan would be pale white as he noticed something the others didn’t seem to notice.
”That car didn’t have any plates…”

      | Nico González : Driver |

Once up the hill and hearing what Juan said he would quickly pull over and turn off the lights in the car in a panic. A silence fell in the car as they wondered the implications of what Juan just said.
”Are you sure? I-I-I thought I saw something..”

      | Joshua Curbelo : Front Passenger side |

”Yeah cabron maybe you are just freaking yourself out?”
Joshua said nervously trying to reassure himself that Juan was mistaken.

      | Juan Pablo Gálvez : Backseat passenger |

”Yes, I’m f*cking sure. It’s the same car I saw when we were at the Pemex. I just didn’t want to freak myself out.”

      | Nico González : Driver |

”Güeyes! It’s okay we are almost to Joshua’s place, your wife is at her mom’s with the girls right?”

      | Joshua Curbelo : Front Passenger side |

    ”Aye they are”

      | Nico González : Driver |

”Good then we will stop at your house and spend the night there and start driving your car to work tomorrow.”

          | The Curbelo Residence - 62 Calle 5 Oeste - Solidaridad - Nogales / 7:35pm / Snowy |

Nico, Joshua, and Juan would park in the driveway of Joshua’s house and would begin to cover up the car with a tarp. As they were doing this the Black SUV would creep onto the street and turn on their flood lights, flushing the street full of a bright light that nearly blinded the three men. The men covered their eyes and quickly began to move towards Joshua’s front door, a small way to gain some sense of safety. To their dismay the SUVs doors would loudly open and the sounds of footsteps and metal clanking would be heard and the sound of a megaphone coming on would ring in their ears loud enough to wake up the whole street.

        | El Muerte : Gente Nueva Soldier |

”No no, Cabrons where are you going? Stay out here we need to talk.”

Joshua would rush to the door and try to unlock it, but would drop his keys.

        | El Muerte : Gente Nueva Soldier |

”Ay! Stop don’t make me drive all the way to Encinos”

Joshua would freeze as he heard the name of the neighborhood, his mother-in-law and where his wife and kids were at this moment. The guys would slowly move away from the door and put their hands behind their head knowing the drills in these kinds of things. All they could see was the silhouettes of 5 men in tactical gear carrying a RPK, a M1014, a M249, and M-16s. The men began begging for them to be let go even offering the men their money and cars saying they have no business with them. The Gente Nueva soldiers would laugh as they raised their weapons.

        | El Muerte : Gente Nueva Soldier |

”You Chingados, you stuck your nose in my life and took my son. You brought this upon yourself.”

Seeing their fate in front of them the men decided to run for their lives. Splitting off from each other Juan and Nico would run to their left and Joshua would run to jump over his fence into his backyard. The second they moved though the Gente Nueva would open fire, drowning Joshua’s house and nearby houses in a hail of deafening gunfire.

            | Aftermath of the Solidaridad Shooting |

The bodies of the three men were left in an unrecognizable mess as the Gente Nueva emptied all their rounds into the brave men who put their lives on the line to save Mexico. Police wouldn’t enter the neighborhood until the morning as although the intense gunfire was heard across the city the closest residents were too scared to pick up the phone to call the police there. A unit was finally dispatched to investigate the scene the next day at 11am. The scene was dreadful with the Curbelo residence riddled with bullet holes the same with surrounding homes. As usual the scene was graffitied by Narco graffiti with CDS for the Sinaloa Cartel painted on the Curbelo residence. Gunfire was reported to be heard all the way in Nogales, Arizona Paramountica as 166 rounds were estimated to be fired into the men. A vigil was held in Solidaridad attended by many in the neighborhood and protected by 45 heavily armed Mexican Army soldiers. In the next week El Muerte was shot dead in a shootout against the La Línea gang in Ciudidad Juárez. 4 were killed in the shooting with one being a neighbor of Joshua Curbelo hit by a stray bullet.

Spain begins preparations for crowning of Princess Leonor ahead of royal coronation on February 19

| As the end of the first month of 2025 approaches, official preparations orchestrated by the Spanish government, mainly the Ministry of the Interior, for the crowning of Princess Leonor of Spain began gaining steam when Prime Minister Augustina Torres returned from her tour of Catalonia earlier today to chair the government-appointed committee in charge of all the necessary preparations for the historic event. His Majesty King Felipe VI, the current monarch and head of state of Spain who announced his abdication earlier in the month due to health concerns, has stated from his hospital bed in Madrid that it is to be expected that his 'recovery will be swift' and his attendance to his daughter's coronation 'will most likely be guaranteed'. Other high-profile attendees to the coronation include President Emmanuel Macron from the French Republic, Emperor Naruhito of the Empire of Japan, Jose Luis Zapatero, Mariano Rajoy, both former Prime Ministers of Spain, as well as countless other Spanish politicians from all over the country. |

| In terms of actual preparations, the Congress of Deputies of Spain (Palacio de las Cortes in Spanish), the official seat of the Cortes Generales of Spain, is currently undergoing preparations for the historic event. The Palacio de las Cortes was last used for a Spanish royal coronation in 2014 when Felipe VI was crowned King of Spain. Surprisingly enough, only eleven years after his coronation, his daughter and successor will be crowned in the exact same spot. While regular day-to-day legislative proceedings continue to go normally within the palace halls, preparations outside, which include a vigorous cleaning of windows, rooftops, and prominent pillars, have begun to take place. Public tours into the palace will be halted on the 25th of January, five days ahead of a scheduled security inspection by the Guardia Civil and the Madrid police in order to ensure the building is secure for the coming event. |

| Following the formal coronation at the stroke of midnight on the 19th of February, a 'public ceremony' will be held later in the day at twelve o'clock in the afternoon wherein the new monarch, in this case Princess Leonor, will speak to the Cortes Generales for the first time, before participating in a parade through the streets of Madrid as mandated by Spanish tradition. The new Queen of Spain will then speak in front of the crowds at the Palace of Zarzuela, the official residences of the Spanish royal family. The Ministry of the Interior confirmed that high-profile attendees such as President Macron, Emperor Hirohito, and the former Spanish Prime Ministers will be attending both the formal coronation and the public ceremony and parade later in the day. The preparation committee in charge of 'setting up the scene' for the coronation in the 19th of February has yet to announce whether or not high-profile attendees will be participating in the parade in some form. |

| The security detail for the coronation, while details haven't been fully disclosed to the public for obvious reasons, is also supposedly going to be stepped up due to the importance of some of the high-profile attendees such as the head of state of France and the leading monarch of the Empire of Japan, both considerably close Spanish allies. Entry into the 'central zone', or the rough 3 kilometer sphere around the Palacio de las Cortes, will be severely restricted to chosen observers, press officers, and Spanish citizens with no criminal record, according to official police documents. While the wider Spanish public will of course be allowed to watch as the parade moves through the streets of Madrid, the Madrid Municipal Police will be deploying anti-bomb squadrons and anti-terrorism units to ensure that 'no disruptions occur during the length of the ceremony'. |

    Nepali Film Star Kidnapped

| Lobsang Dorje, Nepali-born Bollywood star, was found missing around his home in a wealthy suburb of Kathmandu. Authorities suspect he was kidnapped, due to evidence at the crime scene, such as broken fences. Dorje, a prominent Sherpa and pro-Tibetan Independence activist, had made many enemies over the years, but nobody ever expected him to be kidnapped. Due to Dorje’s activism, some theories suggest a political motive to the kidnapping; pro-Tibetan activists have been known to disappear, either at the behest of the pro-Chinese NCP (Nepali Communist Party) government, or, allegedly, by Chinese agents, as was the case for Aadarsh Pokharel, a Twitter activist from Nepal who was found dead in a gutter in Lhasa. Authorities have not yet pinpointed any major suspects, but some politicians claim that agents of Peking Zhongguo are behind the kidnapping. |

Sher Bahadur Deuba Sworn In As Prime Minister

| Sher Bahadur Deuba of the Nepali Congress party (NC) was sworn in as Prime Minister by Parliament. He was Prime Minister last from 2017-2018, and served multiple other periods as well before. The past six years of rule by the fractured NCP brought economic stagnation and decline, as well as what many pundits call an over reliance on Peking Zhongguo. Chinese technology and sponsored infrastructure dominate Nepal’s economy, often stifling local businesses. The Nepali Congress promised a turn away from China, and moving Nepal away from a tourism and agriculture-based economy. The NC took a majority in Parliament by themselves, with no coalition partners, and Deuba is poised to be solidly in control of parliament—the only potential hindrance to passing laws is the President; Pushpa Kamal Dahal. |

| Dahal, known as Prachanda, is an ex-Maoist insurgent fighter from the Nepali Civil War in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He is the head of the Maoist wing of the NCP, and the current President, and has stated his opposition to Deuba and the NC, and claimed that the recent election was “rigged by pro-Indian agitators and the [Nepali] Congress party.” He did not show up at the swearing in—the first President to not show up in Nepali history. A leaked email sent from Prachanda to the NCP leadership stated his plan to prevent Deuba from accomplishing anything, at the expense of Nepal’s growth. Prachanda could pose a bigger threat to Deuba and the Nepali Congress than Peking Zhongguo or Nosautempopulus ever could. |

    | HELM OF DIPLOMACY, MINISTÈRE DES AFFAIRES ÉTRANGÈRES - | President Emmanuel Macron has recently signaled that he would be open to a state visit to the Kingdom of Romania and a meeting with Queen Margareta. The President also intends to visit the joint military facilities in the country and spend time with some of the 70,000 French troops currently stationed there. Since the early 2000's France has viewed Romania as key strategic partner and has invested billions of euros into it's defenses and military infrastructure in an effort to counter Russian aggression. It is hoped that a renewing of that friendship will see further progress and cooperation between the two nations in an era of peace and stability. President Macron also hinted at making significant investments into Romania's economy and civilian infrastructure. |

CENTROAMERICAN LEADERSHIP EXPANDS FROM BIG FIVE TO BIG SIX, INTRODUCES NEW FURLOUGH SYSTEM

FEBRUARY 2025

In a 4 to 1 Vote, the Big Five has decided to expand its ranks to include one further Corporation : Centromerico Refining Group. As a result Centromerico joins the ranks of the United Fruit Company, Standard Fruit Company, Cuyamel Fruit Company, United Mineral Corporation & Solis Residential Development. The move came as CFC and UMCs income rates were declining in terms of the ratio to other Companies, and thus it would have been a real threat that one of them would be removed from the Big Five due to having declined as a firm, instead adding Centromerico they remain part of the largest 6 Companies. The sole negative vote came from UFC which would itself have been positively affected if CFC was removed. As a result of the change one more interest group and voice has been added to the Group, degrading the focus on agriculture even more as now half of all Firms within the Group are no longer fruit related, a trend that is sure to continue long term.

As their first act as an enlarged structure however, they voted and passed (4 to 2) a new system for Workers Furlough. That being whenever a worker is unable to work for longer periods of time due to sickness, pregnancy or other issues (such as covid which has mostly subsided). During these periods it is normal in most countries that payments such as mortgage, credit card bills and other utility payments continue. Instead in Centroamerica what is to be done will decrease homelessness quite dramatically as it removes any obligation to pay for utilities and mortgages during Furlough. Instead, for each month in Furlough, a month is simply added on the back end of payments. If an individual has 12 years and 2 months left on his mortgage and goes on furlough for 5 months, he will now still have 12 years and 2 months of mortgage to pay however the end of payment date shall be pushed backwards. As a result people will not have their homes seized from them immediately if they are unable to work for whatever reason. This should increase stability of payments as most individuals who are unable to pay their credit will default in any case, and as such it has given a net of stability to creditor and lender alike.

It is an awkward situation that while the now Big Six was searching for an effective way to combat homelessness and increase reliability of credit payments, they actually stumbled on a policy that is not only immensely popular but more progressive than most other Nations in the world. Of course this is by no means a precedent, but merely a positive coincidence that some Nations could perhaps take note from.

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

| Oak paneled walls, polished conference table — a City Hall staffer cleans the surface, adjusting her mask for a moment — before setting glasses of water at each setting. Each wooden armchair is set a certain feet apart from each other. |

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney (V.O.) | “Could’ve been done by Zoom—“

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney (V.O.) | “—This shouldn’t have happened in the first place.”

HALLWAY CORRIDOR, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

| SAM BESKIN, 60s, Defense Attorney for the NAACP, walks alongside JACK ROUSCH, 50s, Attorney for the City, along a polished floor corridor of city hall, passing oil painting frames of previous city mayors and officials, even some Founding Fathers, ROUSCH adjusts his mask for a moment. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “But it did, because this police department is so—“

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “—Mind if I join you?”

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “In what?”

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “Walking.”

| BESKIN doesn’t respond, as the two keep walking. |

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “I take this as an indication of your intent not to donate to the policeman’s ball this year.”

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “I never have done that, nor would there be one this year, remember we’re in a pandem—“

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “Next year then.”

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “I’m representing over two dozen plaintiffs that have every right to believe there is little difference between this police department and Floros’ Greece — so forgive me if I seem a little less than interested in the 2021 Policeman’s Ball.”

| BESKIN stops to face ROUSCH as he concludes those remarks, ROUSCH stops too, and smirks a bit, breaking Social Distancing to pat slap BESKIN on the shoulder. |

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “I’ll see you inside, Sam.”

| And walks ahead of BESKIN. |

CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

| The previously empty CONFERENCE ROOM E, is now staffed with the minimum, a panel of three INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATORS flanked by the two Legal teams. At the corner of the room, a STENOGRAPHER types away. Binders are opened, masks are set aside for the purpose of discussion. MR. GREENFIELD, Chair of the INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATORS speaks up. |

    | MR. GREENFIELD, Police Oversight Commission | “This deposition is to allow for an exchange of views, that’ll help the Investigative team determine whether or not Philadelphia City Guidelines were violated on June 1st of this year, 2020, and for the purpose of—“

| The door swings open, coming in late, JOHN McNESBY, President of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 5 which represents the city’s 6,500-member police force, walks in and proceeds to sit down next to ROUSCH, taking a moment to glare at BESKIN, who glances back. |

    | MR. GREENFIELD, Police Oversight Commission | “—Discovering what occurred, and all that followed. That is the intent of this oversight probe. Now, I’d like to—“

| McNESBY interjects. |

    | JOHN McNESBY, Police Union | “I’d like to state, for the record, that our boys in blue everything according to regulations, set forth—“

    | MR. GREENFIELD, Police Oversight Commission | “Mr. McNesby.”

    | JOHN McNESBY, Police Union | “Set forth, by the city—“

    | MR. GREENFIELD, Police Oversight Commission | “—Mr. McNesby, it is not your turn to speak—“

    | JOHN McNESBY, Police Union | “—Because Law and Order—“

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “—Law and Order, without Justice . . . is what?”

| McNESBY turns to look at BESKIN, the room is tense. GREENFIELD speaks up again. |

    | MR. GREENFIELD, Police Oversight Commission | “Please. Now, I’d like to—“

| Now it’s BESKIN’s turn to interject, Turing to face ROUSCH. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “You really think the world wasn’t watching?”

| And With That— we hear a CROWD start to chant — — faint at first but then growing in volume — — |

    | CROWD, Protesting (V.O.) | “BLACK LIVES MATTER! BLACK LIVES MATTER!”

    PART TWO (II)

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
HIGHWAY (INTERSTATE) I-676

| It’s a Monday, just before 5 P.M. — the 3rd day of protests in Philly following the death of George Floyd in the hands of police custody. Placards of protest, marching on public streets, an assortment of ages but mainly youths in their 20s and 30s. They’re a sense of avenging in the air, a desire for change. |

    | CROWD, Protesting | “BLACK LIVES MATTER! NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE! BLACK LIVES MATTER! ”

| Over one thousand protest, and some of them make their way from N 22nd Street onto the I-676. Automobile horns blare, traffic is HALTED — — as the PROTESTORS make their way Eastward into the TUNNEL beyond N 21st Street. |

FROM VIEWPOINT — STATE TROOPER VEHICLE on I-676

| A Pennsylvania STATE TROOPER, sits in the halted vehicle, looking on as the PROTESTORS draw near, reaching for his radio. |

    | STATE TROOPER, On I-676 (RADIO) “. . . Looks like they’re all moving eastbound towards traffic. All this traffic is stopped . . . Again, they’re peaceful, just walking eastbound.”

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney (V.O.) | “This happens to contradict what—“

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “City police tried to declare. As a matter of fact—“

| BESKIN, who’s standing, turns to the City Defense team, FOOTAGE from the DASHCAM of the STATE TROOPER’s vehicle was on display. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “He was able to leave freely, and join the SWAT team.”

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
FROM VIEWPOINT — STATE TROOPER VEHICLE on I-676

| Minutes afterwards, as the PROTESTING MARCHERS finally draw near the STATE TROOPER’s vehicle in mass, a PROTESTOR spraypaints the empty SUV, and over the dashcam’s viewpoint too. |

TUNNEL, HIGHWAY (INTERSTATE) I-676

| As MARCHING PROTESTORS make their way into the illuminated concrete tunnel, the first SWAT team moves in, and the escalation begins, as PROTESTORS notice. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney (V.O.) | “There were no verbal warnings.”

| SWAT team members, in full riot gear, including helmets, begin to pepper spray target people walking away, with BLASTS of the spray or — filming the scene. Two SWAT team members stand on the concrete barriers separating the highway lanes. |

    | CROWD, Protesting | “HANDS UP! DON’T SHOOT!”

| The MARCHING PROTESTORS declare, as the two SWATs just shrug, adjusting their rifles, indicting they’re rolled their eyes, as one of them aims their spray at — a Philadelphia Inquirer REPORTER. |

    | REPORTER, Philadelphia Inquirer | “I’m Press!”

| He doesn’t care — and pepper sprays her and her camera anyway. |

OVERPASS LOOKING FROM WINTER ST

| A few onlookers record the tense scene, as MARCHING PROTESTORS stop, raising their hands as indicated by their shouting response, all capture on people’s mobile devices. That’s when — the 2nd SWAT TEAM begins to move in from the other side with an ARMORED VEHICLE. |

HIGHWAY (INTERSTATE) I-676

| Protestors are now wedged in between two SWAT teams. Being packed in, the PROTESTORS look for exits. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney (V.O.) | “The most notable exit, as most try to comply, is the off ramp back onto 21st street.”

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “Some escape, but others . . . get trapped. And as that occurred, I’d like to direct focus to—”

| By now, the city defense was getting rather uncomfortable, as ROUSCH shifted a bit in his seat, scoffing a laugh. |

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “Alright, alright, I think we can call for an early lunch here, I’d just like to—“

    | MR. GREENFIELD, Police Oversight Commission | “We will proceed, Mr. Rousch . . . Continue, Mr. Beskin.”

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
HIGHWAY (INTERSTATE) I-676

| DIAMONIK HOUGH, an African-Paramerican male, somewhere in his 30s, proceeds to sit down in the middle of the empty highway, protesting. Two females come to join him, sitting near him. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney (V.O.) | “Mr. Hough’s account; “When I sat down, immediately two women ran and sat down in front of me, and I assume they did this to protect me.” — Now, when a tear gas caster landed near him—“

| HOUGH throws the caster back, away and back into the tunnel, before sitting back down — a SWAT team member walks up to the trio, and quickly, one by one, PULLS down their masks and gives them a spray of pepper spray directly in their faces. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney (V.O.) | “Quote; “I hear, spray, spray, and then he comes to me, pulls my mask, and sprays me in the face . . . continuously.”

| BESKIN, now standing. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “But that is directly contradicted with how the police characterized it, and then, let’s not forget… what happened next.”

| ROUSCH stands as well, facepalming himself. |

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “This is misleading! Clearly, the police acted in a rational— Meanwhile, Someone in the crowd—

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “They were getting wedged, but yes, someone in the crowd noted—“

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PWKY

| After a face full of milk from a gallon, covering his entire face to lessen the pain of the tear gas, an early 20s UPENN student, speaks to a reporter, moments after what is about to be described. |

    | UPENN STUDENT, Protestor | “Ow…Someone in the crowd…”

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “SOMEONE IN THE GODDAMNIT CROWD—”

| They’re a SHOUTING match between BESKIN and ROUSCH, as BESKIN gets the final say before— |

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
HIGHWAY (INTERSTATE) I-676

| Being flanked by both sides, the N 21st ST ramp no longer being an option, hundreds of MARCHING PROTESTORS are being WEDGED in between, terrified, worried, petrified Civilians . . . There’s a grassy knoll/hill in between the overpasses. |

    | PROTESTOR, Someone in the Crowd | “. . . 𝙐𝙋 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙃𝙄𝙇𝙇!

| THERE’S A MOMENT AND THEN — |

        https://voca.ro/1ou7i4ZXkFjv
        OVER REST OF ENTIRE SCENE.

| And that’s what did it — — Suddenly a STAMPEDE RUSH breaks out as the crowd starts charging up the small highway wedged hill . . . The street name for chloroacetophenone is tear gas, and it’s like a blowtorch. Your lungs, your skin, your eyes, it gets everywhere and stays everywhere. |

| The MARCHING PROTESTORS continue to ascend the highway-side hill, and soon enough those who make it to the top — find out why its later referred to as a wedge. |

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “There was a fence.”

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
HIGHWAY (INTERSTATE) I-676

| A tall fenced gated away the highway-side hill from BEN FRANKLIN PWKY, as some of the stronger ones surmounted them, they happened also to either get a boast or simply be the first upfront. MARCHING PROTESTORS, coughing, their eyes burning, as SWAT POLICE fire canisters of the tear gas into the wedged in crowd. Signs are stepped on, people even are too — it’s . . . CHAOS. |

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

| ROUSCH stands up again, in a fit, motioning to the INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATORS. |

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “WE DIDN’T DIRECT THAT!”

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “—BUT YOU DID!”

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
HIGHWAY (INTERSTATE) I-676

| A few SWAT POLICE members, recorded on FOOTAGE, motioning the MARCHING PROTESTORS with their black gloved arms up the hill. |

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “AND EVEN SOME OF THEM”

| McNESBY could tackle BESKIN right now if he could, as he slaps the table with a hand in frustration. The STENOGRAPHER keeps typing away. |

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
HIGHWAY (INTERSTATE) I-676

| A SWAT POLICE member aims his rifle, its a RUBBER PELLET gun, and FIRES— PFFT—! HITTING some in the UPWARDS HILL CROWD in the face, and one AIMS at an ONLOOKER, hitting her in the forehead, she DROPS her phone, she wasn’t even on that hill. |

| The CHAOS continues, as MARCHING PROTESTORS continue to STAMPEDE up the hill, increasingly becoming trapped. The SWAT team is doing no better, continuing its direction, and tear gas. |

BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PWKY

| Most of the MARCHING PROTESTORS, now on the PKWY, not the I-676, attending their wounds, milk gallons being passed around to subdue the tear gas effects. A few turn their heads and watch as— SWAT members drag some of the remaining down the hill hard, and arrest them. |

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

| INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATORS, stunned — — BESKIN takes a moment, taking his glasses off, wipes his face with a napkin. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “. . . I’m going to need a moment.”

| While BESKIN takes a moment, ROUSCH, trying to reassert, speaks up. |

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “. . . We gave our account, that very same evening.”

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — EVENING
POLICE HEADQUATERS

| In front of the POLICE HQ, its back to the POLICE COMMISSIONER statement |

      STATEMENT HOURS AFTER I-676 EVENT

    | DANIELLE M. OUTLAW, Police Commissioner | “. . . Ah, when folks run up on the freeway, at that point its not deemed peaceful . . .”

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA, Paramountica — MORNING
CONFERENCE ROOM E, CITY HALL of PHILADELPHIA

| BESKIN puts his glasses back on. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “. . . They justified their use of force, by defacto treating everyone there, as violent . . every, single person.”

    | JACK ROUSCH, City Attorney | “The Mayor greenlighted it—“

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “—Only if and when lesser methods did not stop anything . . . but none were used.

| BESKIN turns back to the INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATORS. |

    | SAM BESKIN, NAACP Attorney | “They were getting off the highway . . . they were peaceful protestors — and they were cornered as they tried to leave.”

| And We Hold On That — — — |

On June 25th, Philadelphia officials announced a moratorium on the use of tear gas in the city and apologized for their response to the protest.

The deputy commissioner in charge of deploying tear gas during the march took a voluntary demotion.

And some SWAT officers involved in the response are expected to be put on 30-day suspension “with intent to dismiss.”

SNAP TO BLACK

| And we HEAR, a huge crowd chant, one last time — — |

    | CROWD, Protesting (V.O.) | “BLACK LIVES MATTER!”

The Nigerian Government's Response on the Socialist Coup in Egypt

The Government of Nigeria

After the Socialist Coup in Egypt, The Government of Nigeria will not accept this and support US efforts to Take Down the Socialist Government in Egypt, Nigeria believes that Socialism is Bad for Africa and it could let us down to ruin and fear. This is also a threat to Africa's Prosperity and Peace as well. Nonetheless, Africa will condemn this coup, as well as Nigeria and Many Others.

"These incidents will never break down our determination nor undermine our achievements. Rather, they should encourage all parties to draw the necessary lessons and never detract from the imperative to continue our work with determination and enthusiasm because the dignity and invulnerability of Tunisia are a burden which are invested all Tunisian men and women. Thank you for your attention."

Unrecognised. Ask for my permission before posting these kinds of things. As per COL law, you may not RP the actions of another country's characters without that country's permission - That is considered GMing.

Other than that, nice to have a neighbor in Nepal!
