| NEW YORK CITY, U.N. HEADQUARTERS, Paramountica — Japan Ambassador to the United Nations, Mr. Kazuyoshi Umemoto, made a brief speech at the General Assembly precisely to address the issue of climate change and assess whether the countries that participated in the 2024 Climate Summit made progress in reducing CO2 — which includes, of course, the Empire of Japan. An excerpt from Mr. Umemoto’s speech “Prime Minister Suga clearly showed the world that during his Administration several efforts were made, including his ‘Green Policy’, which was enacted in 2024 and has been carried out to this day.” |

| Ambassador Kazuyoshi Umemoto’s speech took place on the same day he met with environmental activists at the United Nations building to discuss climate change and what really poses a great risk to the planet. A European country that stood out and strictly complies with what was agreed at the 2024 Climate Summit was France, President Macron is investing billions of dollars in its environmental policy, as the Empire of Japan is doing until today. It is important to highlight that the French Republic had already been investing in its environmental policy long before the Tokyo Summit. |

| Questioning the position of other nations that did not participate in the climate summit, he says “It's not just France and Japan that will be responsible for trying to reduce CO2 emissions . . . We all need to do this together if we want a future for our children and grandchildren, we need to take care of the environment.” Umemoto adds, “The Empire of Japan is fully committed to reducing CO2” if we want things to change “The Japanese Empire will do its part.” — But by questioning the unsatisfactory position of other nations, Mr. Umemoto believes that mankind can still change and save the planet from total environmental destruction. |

| “All world leaders must unite so that we can build a sustainable planet for all of us!” concluded Japan Ambassador to the U.N. in his speech to the U.N. General Assembly. The Umemoto’s speech was widely praised by environmental activists. In an official Kantei note, it was added that a ‘2nd Climate Summit’ could be held in Tokyo — but this is just a plan by the Empire of Japan to see how progress is being made among nations that produce large amounts of CO2. |

Islamic Populist Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani Appointed Prime Minister by Caliph; Mohammad to Begin Forming New Government Under Civil Justice & Development Party!
الشعبوي الإسلامي محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني يعينه الخليفة رئيساً للوزراء. محمد يبدأ تشكيل حكومة جديدة في ظل حزب العدالة والتنمية المدنية

Caliph Abdullah bin al-Hussein Abdulrahman I Administration | ABU DHABI, 2026

    | DAWLAT ALAITIHAD LIL'UMAT AL'IISLAMIA - ادولة الاتحاد للأمة الإسلامية |

Since the announcement of the formation of a Prime Ministership and a bicameral legislative assembly, Arabian citizens initiated feverish debating and national polls in attempts to get a read on the national consensus. Seeking to make it official, the Caliph determined that it would be best to hold a national referendum to determine how the Prime Minister should be chosen as well as duration of term(s) and, if need be, term limits. Surprising enough, the results were:

      CALIPH APPOINTED - 57%

      DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED - 43%

The national referendum did not come as much of a surprise as majority of the population would consider themselves political quietists and rather content currently with the clear autocratic government structure of the USIN. The second component of the national referendum pertained to the duration of the Prime Minister term with the following results:

      4 YEARS - 27%

      6 YEARS - 33%

      7 YEARS - 40%

The final component of the national referendum for the establishment of the Prime Ministership was determining possible term limit restrictions. The following were the results:

NO TERM LIMIT RESTRICTIONS - 35%

      1 TERM - 22%

      2 TERMS - 43%

With the ratification of the results from the referendum, additional policy would be included such as the Caliph reserving the right and power to dismiss a Prime Minister based on certain situations that may deem a Prime Minister incapable of continual governance. Upon the removal of the Prime Minister, the newly established Civil Justice & Development Party will nominate 3 individuals for the Caliph to appoint a replacement. The Prime Minister shall serve 2 consecutive terms for a total of 14 years with an evaluation in the 7th year.

The moment the entirety of the Caliphate was looking forward to came into fruition as the Caliph revealed Islamic Populists, Staunch Abdulrahmanist, and founder of the Civil Justice & Development Party for the Islamic Jamahiriyah Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani. Walking into the foyer of the Palace of Nations with a very serious face, trimmed mustache, and freshly groomed hair while wearing a blue pinstripe suit and dark green tie. At age 40, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani is known in the Caliphate to be a staunch supporter for the true empowerment and expansion of the influence of the Caliphate, anti-colonial rhetoric in the Middle East, and a supporter for authoritarian monitored democratic institutions under the auspice of the Caliph. Shaking hands with Caliph Abdullah bin al-Hussein Abdulrahman, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani would take his sworn oath to the Caliph and the USIN before walking to a podium that bore a golden Saladin Eagle and draped with flags of the Caliphate. Very stern faced as he waited patiently for the end of the applause from the approved attending crowd, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani would methodically observe each individual in the crowd. In a commanding tone after taking a sip of water

l Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani l:

My fellow people of the Islamic Jamahiriyah. Indeed all praise is due to Allah and we pray for His assistance and forgiveness. We seek refuge in Him from the Evil of our souls and our misdeeds, for who Allah guides will not go astray and he who sends astray won't come to the right path except by His leave. The Caliphate is the land of culture and civilization. The land of knowledge and spirituality. The land of perseverance and independence. The Arabian people are monotheist and patriotic. They have their unique identity and love to explore the world. For hundreds of years, our nation has safeguarded their right to self-determination and freedom against predatory hegemonists. We have made our country the most technologically advanced and progressive in the Arab World. The Abdulrahmanist Revolution of 1946 was a great leap for the fulfillment of national and islamic ideals of the Arabs including freedom, independence and religious sovereignty. I, as the appointed Prime Minister of the great people of the Caliphate, am honored to be their representative to convey to the world at large the message of rationality, justice and freedom which are the three most fundamental principles of the life of the contemporary man. However, those three principles that all the Abrahamic religions have in common will not be able to attain their purpose without spirituality.

Freedom and justice as two sacred and innocent words that are too broad to define, are indeed very tough and intricate when it comes to practicing. Freedom means the right to think, decide and act for all the human beings. Peace and lasting security are tied to the administration of justice and, basically, the divine prophets emerged so that people would demand justice and exercise their rights. Justice and freedom may be achieved only when the rights of all nations are fulfilled. As a matter of fact, any violation of the rights of nations will, more than anything, endanger global peace and security. Men. Women. Children. Allies of the Union-State of Islamic Nations. Today is the day that the waves of spiritual freedom, liberty, and unity have arrived at our shores. Through trials and tribulation, through prosperity and struggle, through gains and lost, the Caliphate has proven continuously that we are a determined and ambitious society that is not afraid. The Union-State of Islamic Nations was formed on the promises of continuing the work of our dear Eternal President Marshal Bokar Abdulrahman but revolutionize it so that the fruits that we bear can be enjoyed and accessible by all citizens. Ever since 1945, the Abdulrahmanist movement has tasked itself with reconstructing our social and economic identity. We have pledged to each other the principles of community but also individuality and the ability of self-determination and self-preservation. The reaches of the Caliphate encompasses the globe in strategic fashion. We seek prosperity for our people first while simultaneously cooperating with the discovered mutual interests between ourselves and our trusted allies. The Caliphate would like to show gratitude and thanks to our allies around the world for proven commitment and interest in the progression and fruition of the Caliphate and the untapped strength and that we are on the path of discovering.

I look in front of me and I see the leaders of the Caliphate today and tomorrow. I see the torchbearers of our representation and glory of the future but I also bear witness to the sages and teachers of yesterday, of who provide the proper mannerisms and guidance for us to live united and free. Together, we cultivate a spirit of acceptance and understanding, of which supplants proper investment within a profitable and salubrious human and social capital. I stand here today with the Caliph as I will seek to construct a government that will be guaranteeing you a future of affluence and international prestige. What is seen in our region today proves that not only the attempting hegemonist of Paris and her supporters and the idea of hegemony, but also the project of imposing Westernized identity have failed miserably. The result of seeking hegemony has been blood-spilling and instability and, ultimately, defeat and escape. Today, what we are observing is the unraveling of previously implemented colonial institutions that disproportionately usurp the natural wealth and the talents of our people for the benefit of foreign rule than legitimate domestic enterprise. The region has endured periods of being the oppressed people, from Palestine and Syria to Yemen and Afghanistan but Allah has granted the people of this ancient land the opportunity to reverse the course of our history.

The strategic thoughts of the Islamic Jamahiriyah of the USIN are rooted in the ideas of the founder of Abdulrahmanism, the Caliph Abdullah bin al-Hussein Abdulrahman as well as in the genuine concepts of true Islam, i.e. rationality, prudence and pondering and have resulted in the resistance in line with the national interests of countries. Speaking about the rights of nations without speaking of the obligations of their governments cannot bring about the fulfillment of their rights, as the independence of a nation is its freedom. The Islamic Jamahiriyah supports this kind of freedom and, hence, obstructs extremism. And this is the nature of the true strength of the Caliphate which does good to all. The Caliphate is inspiring and, as such, the power emanating from it creates security. The security-making model of the Caliphate is based on forming intra-regional mechanisms through diplomacy that is pivoted on and free from outside interferences. The new drive to come up with Cold War-esque divisions will not help foster the security of humans by isolating independent countries. An arbitrary attitude is not the way to solve terrorism because terrorism has its roots in various crises such as identity and economy. The fact that modern lives have become devoid of meaning and spirituality as well as the spread of poverty, discrimination and oppression have helped the rise of terrorism. The increasing growth of indigenous terrorism in the West bears witness to this bitter truth. Even more bitter is the use of terrorism as an instrument for foreign policy because you cannot fight terrorism with double standards.

Liberty is one of the defining features of a flourishing State. Articulation of thoughts and the interaction between individuals is the ONLY way of building a new society. It is liberty which creates new values and thoughts. Living under Radical Reactionary Socioeconomics, exploitation by aggressors and un-welcomed foreigners, or a non-enlightened administration weakens liberty. Furthermore, ideas come both from above and through human interaction. One of my new main priorities is to disseminate new ideas and thoughts; to give individuals the liberty they need to pursue ideas and that the government shall interpose itself between the people and both foreign aggressors/oppressors and those forms of tyranny that arise within society that opposes me and the Caliph. We must remember our common set of principles: the rejection of reactionists, total political liberalism, and pacifism; and the promotion of heroism, unification, global cooperation and collaboration, vitality, and valor. Within the current unstable conditions of the international community, An Abdulrahmanist "Liberal Democracy" is not compatible with the modern world, and therefore, we shall advocate for a strong state. Humans are naturally predatory and nations are in a constant struggle, in which only the strongest can and will survive.

After his speech, the audience would provide a respectful, controlled applause as the Prime Minister would hand over his speech to one of the assistants and leave the foyer down an aisle with a red carpet as he would be escorted to an official motorcade outside to transport the Prime Minister to his new office.

| The arrival of the French President in Tehran is one that is seen as positive. With the recent events in Africa and the recent tensions between France and the Arab World, especially with USIN, Iran has been observing the situation closely keeping the analysis to itself. The French President would be greeted by press with pressing questions and gathered crowds with flowers and flags. At the airport, Mr Macron would be greeted by the Foreign Secretary, Princess Nefreti Pahlavi before being taken off to the Golestan Palace through the beautiful streets of Tehran.

Once at the Palace, the limousine would stop and the Empress would emerge onto the stairs with a smile. Wearing a glowing pink dress that grew darker the lower it went, with a large blue scarf over the dress and her hair up she would extend her arms as the President went up the stairs. Kissing him on both cheeks after his bow, she would pose to pictures with the President before entering inside. Going through the vast beautiful corridors, she would lead him into her cabinet. Once inside, the Empress would gesture the President to take a seat as the aids poured hot tea for the two of them. The doors would close soon after and the Empress would release a smile. |

[ Empress Esfir Pahlavi ]: "Mr Macron, it's a pleasure to host you here in Tehran. How may I be of help?"

In regards to USIN, we don't mind Iran working with them on it's own accord however France recently just cut ties with USIN due to them harboring and aiding these known terrorist groups like Al-Shabaab and others. It would appear based on their foreign policy rhetoric and the actions of these groups, that they aid in carrying out Abu Dhabi's foreign policy agenda. This is still merely speculation but Paris has no regard or desire to work with states that sponsor terrorism. Likewise, USIN appears to have no desire to work with France. Anyway aside from all that, Iran would have the same access to purchase French weapons like any other NATO ally as we desire a strong and highly capable Iranian military. I would even be so keen as to throw in a 10% discount on military hardware which is also enjoyed by all of France's NATO allies."

Now, I cannot decide for you who you recognise as a terrorist organisation and who you cannot, but our services have not found direct funding links between USIN, and terror organisations. I understand that there is issue between France and USIN, but maybe Tehran is the place for those issues to be solved? We seek to cooperate with everyone that benefits us. France is a long standing ally and we value your friendship and your military offers. USIN is a growing ally that we value, it's a balance of power in the Middle East and North Africa. Maybe it's time for you to sit with USIN in Tehran for talks?"

The Uranium Route

With the start of construction of the new nuclear reactors that will supply the Nation, the Yugoslav government began negotiations with several countries to ensure the fuel that will supply these reactors. During negotiations, the government was not concerned only with importing the raw material, but also with obtaining the complete cycle of nuclear fuel production, from refining, transport, use to its disposal.

As for the raw material, the Yugoslav government signed an agreement with the Maghreb government for the import of raw uranium and its transport to the Port of Bar, the only one that will have the structure to carry out such an operation in a safe manner. On the issue of refining and other processes in the production cycle, several agreements were signed with the German government, which aim not only at the transfer of technology and knowledge of such processes, as well as financing the construction of the Podgorica Nuclear Fuel Factory, which will be capable of providing all the nuclear fuel necessary for the operation of the future powerplant. As a way to ensure the proper management of such knowledge, the agreement also provides for the creation of the Yugoslav–German Agency for Accounting and Control of Nuclear Materials (YGAAC), a binational safeguards agency playing an active role in the verification of the peaceful use of nuclear materials that could be used at the Podgorica Nuclear Fuel Factory and the Shkodër Nuclear Power Plant, either directly or indirectly, for the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction.

With such agreements signed, the Yugoslav government somehow managed to guarantee complete independence in the production of nuclear fuel for its future plant, thus ensuring national energy security.

| President Macron | "I agree with you. Maybe it is time to set down and talk with Abu Dhabi. I would gladly do so if they are also willing to set down and discuss the issues plaguing us. However I am not about to launch a campaign of appeasement here either."

December 2026 | Presidential Palace, Ankara, Republic of Turkey

    | PRESIDENT ERDOGAN TO RE-ALIGN TURKEY AMID REFORMATION OF A COMMUNIST RUSSIA IN THE NORTH

Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of the Republic of Turkey, spoke at length about the reformation of a communist Russia in the north at a publicly-broadcasted meeting with top Turkish diplomats and high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, voicing his 'extreme concern' over the future of the Russian state, with whom Turkey had maintained decent relations with over the past few years. Until that moment, Turkey had been completely silent over the transformation of the Russian Federation into a communist union with Azerbaijan, Armenia and Belarus, but with the communists consolidating its control within Russia and the chances of a democratic Moscow returning now slim, President Erdogan deemed it the right time to voice his and his administration's opinions on the issue.

Although Erdogan and Turkey's Foreign Minister affirmed that 'friendly relations with Moscow' was a 'strong priority' for the Turkish Government, the President stressed the need to 'ensure that Turkey's interests and security are ensured amidst this sudden geopolitical change with the Russians'. President Erdogan has, historically, been supportive of friendly relations with the Russians up north, and continues to do so today, albeit to a lesser extent due to the sudden change of leadership and ideology of the Russian state. At the meeting, President Erdogan emphasized Turkey's recent entry into the European Union, citing it as 'a strong sign that the West is beginning to accept Turkey as an ally'. He stated that Turkey needed to 'balance its partnerships with both the West and the new Communist Russia', but his rhetoric, according to numerous prominent Turkish news broadcasters, has shown that he is potentially going to re-align Turkey towards the West.

Although the Edrogan Administration's alignments in relation to the West and the emerging Communist Russia remain unclear, the President and his Government has made it clear that the Republic of Turkey will be shifting its allegiances 'significantly' as the 'current regional and international geopolitical scene changes and evolves'. President Erdogan is also expected to release a formal statement on the emerging Russian state by December 31st at the latest, in order to make official Turkey's stance towards the new government in Moscow, but some claim that the recent televised meeting with Foreign Ministry officials and Turkish diplomats already represent Turkey's stance: A re-alignment of Turkish partnerships.

RISHI SUNAK, Prime Minister: "Of course, we would be more than happy to start Susan’s journey to nuclear energy. I may not know the current situation in Sudan and please do forgive me, but this would be an enormous step for Sudan to transition to renewable resources and start to steer away from coal, oil and all of those harmful practices.”
