Please, avoid usage of unicode symbols with code points exceeding 65533 (0xFFFD) or unassigned code points (0xD800-0xDFFF), as some of these characters may and will not display properly, if at all, on different user-agents(web-browsers) and devices(i.e. mobile) using different font faces. We certainly do not want users to see messages comprised of characters that don't make sense, such as these: ������� ���. I have just signed Imperial Order 1:
I have decided, in light of a looming global nuclear catastrophe, to authorize the creation of the Confederation Imperial Nuclear Command (henceforth CINC). This group shall exist until the Imperial Council is certain that the danger posed to our Confederation has passed. 
Nations are invited to join the CINC to help coordinate a defense of the Shadow Cult and her Confederation.
Management of the CINC shall not be granted to the newly-reestablished Confederation Defense Force (CDF); rather, due to its nature as a temporary emergency-response group, it shall be directly managed by the Imperial Council. The leaders of the CDF are, however, invited to work closely with the CINC for the good of the Confederation until the danger has passed. Commanding positions may be granted to member nations at the discretion of the Imperial Council.

We would be honored if nations would like to participate in an inter-regional debate, which will be held on the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators' Discord server. This event is endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The debate is planned to take place on the September the 23rd at 5:30pm - 7pm UTC. The debate will be on Democratic Elections in the Confederation. The debate will consist of several questions about the topic raised by the host to be answered/discussed by the participants. Additionally, the participants will be able to ask each other questions in the debate. The host will be accepting questions from the audience, to be discussed in the debate.
