The Canadian government announced the establishment of a trade and diplomatic relationship with 
West Nichibotsu, 
Aceh Darusalam and the 
Oceanians. Currently, Canada's first embassy has been built and opened in the capital of the Oceanians. This is the first time Canada has opened its doors to the world after many years of implementing the "Self-sufficient" policy. The establishment of this diplomatic and trade relationship helps Canada officially open its doors to the world.

The Government of The Indochine announced the idea of officially acquire the rest of the Vietnamese Red River Delta from 
North Wonscia. In exchange, we will establish a trade and diplomatic relationship.
This is an ultimatum to the Government of North Wonscia.
You have one week to reply. If you refuse, or do not reply, a state of war exists between us.
The Government of the Indochine do not wants war with the nation, and we hope that North Wonscia will accept our offer.

I don't know, you would have to consult with our businessmen on how that is going.
It's not free, but it's made super cheap and convenient, and while they were a State-Owned Company until the 1960s, they have since split up and privatized, which has made everything more efficient
