On the 14th September 2021, Rogue River made the following post:

This started a chain of events that ultimately led to the collapse of the GPC government.

When So pep said 'I estimate we'll be dead in less than a week', Sartell koltis lost faith in the GPC and announced his departure as well.

Soon afterwards, Kingdom of the peps and So pep had this conversation:

Kingdom of the peps agreed to the disbandment, and the GPC was dissolved.

Restoration.
Almost immediately after Sartell koltis announced his departure, So pep sent out a distress signal to embassy regions, but it was already too late. The GPC had collapsed and with it one of the region's most cherieshed members had departed.

On the 15th of September, Chitral, of the Liberal Democratic Union, made plans with Soviet repub and So pep to revive the GPC. On the 16th, these plans were brought into effect and the Third Union of GPC Social Democratic Republics was proclaimed. Sartell koltis, who had moved to The North Pacific, Arkilandic who had moved to SolarFlare, So pep and Kingdom of the peps, who had both moved to Aozora, returned to the GPC. Rogue River, Sea xentica, Why birds and others had moved to Rogue River's region of Calitainia.

So pep's personal comments.
I just wanted to say thank you to all of the people who offered to give people a new home after the disbandment. These regions include (but are not limited to): Institute of Cellulose, The Western Commonwealth, Liberal Democratic Union, The Jewel Robotox Nations, The World Federation, and Lewisham.

I also wanted to thank Chitral for helping to restore this glorious region, and for helping me get the motivation to do it.

Finally, I wanted to say thank you to Aozora for welcoming me inside, this is more directed towards Loush Land and Echidona.
