I disagree it should be considered a basic human right, that's the same as someone in the 1970s saying TV should be a basic human right, however, I think governments should invest into it the same way they invest into education.

I’d agree with the intelligence/compassion arguments, I would however rather decrease greed than increase all of the other things, since greed is one of the core problems we have in this world.
