It is indeed. I'm not going to lie, it's going to be hard. I'm hurt, I'm upset, I'm angry beyond all reasonable measure.
I've been in a lot of similarly infuriating situations on this game. This isn't the first time I've lost. If any of you are feeling similarly upset, I want to reassure you that this is not the end of all things, merely the latest chapter in a very long story. The sun will still rise tomorrow and once we've had a chance to collect our breath, we can begin to think of the future.
Until then, we have to do everything we can to survive. Take a moment if you need to. Fight back if you want to.

I went for a run and then came back to find this happening. In good news I run a mile a 6 minutes and will most likely make the track team next year.
Here's our temporary government setup. It should go without saying I'll be the GC for now. If we want to elect me out of office, heck, I don't even care anymore but we can take care of that later.
The Grand Council will be our temporary legislative body. Literally anybody can be on it for now. We'll get the gov. setup soon.
Our main priority right now is getting former Illuminatus to join our region. Any ideas on propaganda?

Alright guys, so I am not exactly caught up on the situation right now. What just happened, and why are we here now?
Well,Rhyphix lost an "election" against Vintony. Long story short,Rhyphix got upset and banned Vintony,I and a few others joined him and that about sums it up.
Rhyphix has essentially thrown a coup d'etat in the name of establishing a more "democratic" government.
Rhyphix decided to clean out everything we had ever built, we have moved here to rebuild our region.

It's been a wild four months. I'm glad I got to know all of you.
I'm going to be gone for a few days. In part, it's because I was scheduled to go on vacation till Thursday and the beach waits for no one. It's also because I have hit mad burnout and this recent toppling has put me over the edge. I have no more energy. Now, I know how my NS cycles go and all I need is a little time for inner reflection and restoration. Thursday, I'll be back.
Until then, I need to clear my head of this game. I've been having stress induced nightmares. I desperately need a drink. I'm going to hit the sand and stare at nothing for a few hours.
I want to stay here and help lead you all again but I don't know if I can do that right now. I've allowed what recently transpired to happen. I knew it was possible. I knew what Rhyphix was capable of. I should have been smarter and seen it coming. I'm afraid I've brought you all to this point and now I don't have the strength to save you. Not now at least. You're all very dear to me. There's nothing I value more than the trust of my allies. I want to be the leader you all deserve and when I return less than a week from now, I hope I will have found the insights I need to be just that.
I'm going to say something I shouldn't but here goes: I don't know what the future holds. So much of my planning revolved around this exact event not happening. And yet, here we are. I literally blame myself. I know there are paths forward; they exist, but I don't know what they are yet.
You're all capable people. I have faith that you can do great things in this game. Whatever happens, know this: NationStates is a very big game. Illuminati is not all there is. You can still find joy in this place. I hope that I can help provide some of that joy.
I plead with all of you, stay here. I want to build a new region, one that will live up to my dreams and the dreams of those with me. I implore you, help me build it.
Until then, I need to sign off. I need to meditate for a few days and cleanse my mind. Thank you all. I owe you everything for your faith and for your support.

I ask that you come up with your own regional ideas. You are Exodus Citizens now, Not Illuminati. As most of you have good talent in your respective fields, I'm sure you'll be fine. Don't start out on the wrong foot by imitating Illuminati.
Also kindly stop moving in your puppets into my region. It's best we go our separate ways and I'm fine with that.
