BACKGROUND:

- On the 542nd day, 621st year, of the Era of Sorrow, defendant B. Mrylon Corporation, hereby "Mrylon Co.", submitted a change to their End User License Agreement without notice, prohibiting the portrayal of weaponry and firearms in their game(s), Blockbuilder. Plaintiff Cleovard observed that the change was arbitrary and seemed to have been timed after their announcement of their "BB.WARGAMES" server that they had spent a significant amount of Teomines currency into. Upon petitioning "Mrylon Co.", a subjectively poorly-worded response came in defense of the defendant's Terms of Service enforcement advisors.
- Plaintiff Citizen's Association of Gameplayers, and the members within, were able to uncover suspicious "Get Out" clauses, or one-sided clauses that allowed "Mrylon Co." to effectively enact unnecessary punishments without consequence - specifically, the clause in section 6(a)(i) stated that "[defendant] can revoke permission for usage on subjective basis, including but not limited to self-determination or as an act to punish poor behavior."

(UNANIMOUS YES)
Q2: NO, ILLEGAL - "Commercial entities are REQUIRED to provide a notice of AT MINIMUM a 30 day(s) deadline to allow for consumers to adjust to new changes within a timely manner." (UNANIMOUS NO)
Q3: NO, ILLEGAL - "Clauses like these make it impossible for companies to be held accountable for negligent or criminal actions, thereby making their End User License Agreement unenforceable by Interconnection Division moderators." (YA: 19-NA: 281)

(19) DISSENT: "While we agree that Get Out clauses are unenforceable, it would be a significant challenge to enforce illegality with such a punitive measure, especially with the growing volume of entertainment companies."

FINAL VERDICT AND ORDER:

- DEFENDANT "SYBAU B. MRYLON" is hereby ordered to appear in a WARRANT COURT for immediate pending investigation and arrest on count of 1x INTENTIONAL AND MALICIOUS COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTATION FRAUD,
- DEFENDANT "Mrylon Co." is hereby ordered to issue reparations to plaintiff(s) excluding state-run Rosettan National Civil Service entities WITHIN 90 DAYS,
- DEFENDANT "Mrylon Co." is hereby ordered to issue a thorough apology and dissolution notice after issuance of reparations, enforced by Civil Protection officers WITHIN 90 DAYS.
