Ocean point wrote:It may take years, or even decades, but Russia will come out of that war a broken nation, no longer a superpower, a husk of a once great nation.

America and the EU, meanwhile, are steaming full speed toward greatness. Russia already had its slump period, where it was mercilessly gutted by chosen elements in the western kleptocrat class and they used that weak moment to surround it with hostile puppets. Its going to be a long and painful crawl back from the black hole caused by the USSR collapse, and I wish them luck. Whatever you can say about the Russians, their leaders at least seem to act with some semblance of their nation's interest at heart. I cannot say the same of any American, German, etc and so on. Those that try even half-heartedly (Trump, Orban, and now it looks like Meloni) are hemmed in and surrounded by NGOs, international capital, and their lapdogs in media.

I don't say this because I like Russia (certainly has its own problems), but because the forces of unmitigated evil controlling the West like a parasite deserve to lose and will face the punishment of God for what they've done and continue to do. One can have opinions and nuance on this and that, but desiring the opposite of what the "Atlanticists" (polite society and the rules of this website prevent me from naming them explicitly) want is always going to be a correct course of action.

Welcome Brakondia.

Meanwhile Tobosarsk's Imperial Ministry of Culture has morphed into the Imperial Directorate of Mental Health.
Soon changes to the relevant dispatches, as well as Ministerial insignia changes + achievement graphics will be adapted... this weekend.

At this pace, in a few decades, Europe as we know it will cease to exist- and I want to stress the "at this pace".

The Soviet Union has been gone for 30 years dude. You need a new boogeyman. Russia will go from strength to strength because of this war - homegrown microchips factories to reduce reliance on Western technology have already propped up and are more than capable of running basic tasks (ie supporting ancient Soviet hardware). China and Russia are closer than ever before. Russian military vehicles and doctrines have been tested and battle hardened in a near-peer conflict unlike Western assets that were used for farming goat herders and propping up Kill Death Ratios like it was Call of Duty. Every country that isnt aligned with NATO gets access to cheap Russian ores, gas, oils, grain, etc and most of them trade in Roubles for the privilege. And then to top it off you have NATO basically bankrupting themselves over a psuedo-colony they only used for money laundering. Finland, Sweden, Germany, UK all have no weapons in reserve right now because they were all handed out to Ukraine in acts of solidarity driven by a naive and fractured populace. Even if the war in Russia is deeply unpopular (it isnt), it's a unifying value and a cultural identity far more powerful than Desert Storm shock and awe.

Struck a nerve? Lol

My newfren in reddit, that is a simple statement of fact, NATO has already sunk more money into keeping the Khokhol cokehead state afloat than they did in the first few years of the Afghanistan occupation or the Iraq War (which the Khokhols took part in), at some point the lean cows and cold rooms will be too much, this winter the Germans won't have function mobile telephony because Hunter Biden just HAS to have his freaking crack money, how do you think this war will go when NATO isn't footing the bill?

And no, I don't feel sorry for them, I'm too busy feeling sorry for the people's of Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Libya and Palestine.

I can't wait for the quintessential western "we armed the bad guys (who were the good guys at the time) and now they're running amok! Who could've seen this coming?"

It's gonna be real fun to see Pravosek seize whatever is left of Ukraine and start getting hostile towards Poland lmao

I honest to God had to write a report objecting to sending MANPADs to Ukraine simply because we knew we were arming neo-nazis with weapons that can be put in a car boot and driven to airport parking lots.

Consequently the UK sent Starstreak systems without the targeting modules - toppest of keks!

Are you still talking in here, I don't see what you are trying to achieve by talking lefty talk

Valdonia wrote:Im also Pro-Russia, however is anyone else concerned with their ability to win this war? With so many conflicting messages its hard to know what to expect

As always, a war never ends in a year unless you have a Manstein up your sleeve, and Putin is no Manstein. Putin's entire cadre of generals are generic people from the academy, so though victory still will come to Russia, it will either come with complete devastation of Ukraine or some conditional peace settlement.

You should hear what I say about the Japanese, Krich sounds like a progressive liberal compared to what I say.

Of course the west is going to claim Assad did it, the West framed him in the first place, that doesn't mean it makes any reasonable sense to believe it when only the west would benefit from said use of chemical weapons.

Honestly this war isn't some Winter War experience for Ukraine or the Great Patriotic War for Russia. I can't seriously believe the war is in a stalemate, yet I am so unsurprised by it. The Russian high command is filled with Voroshilovs who tenaciously think they're Zhukovs pushing to Berlin. Ukraine thinks they have Mannerheims and Karelia-level geography but it's mainly Russian incompetence. It's not some Great Game, it's two bird flu chickens with genetic defects clawing at each other. Support Ukraine or Russia, this war is seriously not entertaining or interesting.
(I can easily say the same about the Second Sino-Japanese War, just two idiots throwing drunken punches at each other and somehow connecting)
