Well... there were times when I reported him (mainly because of our citizens' discomfort) but then I gradually became to approach him as my personal entertainer. But whenever the fun started to ramp up, he had to go somewhere else and make himself seen and heard, resulting in others reporting him and then the Mods deleting his nations. And nowadays he doesn't even come to Altay and instead he spreads across other regions. Always complaining about being banned... he is stupid because he flies below the radar by default and I wouldn't report him anymore myself but he simply can't live without doing something that would artificially draw in the Mods' attention. But sadly, I no longer have enough time to play around with him in Altay even if he wanted to. I usually only find a Mod-deleted post of his in our RMB these days. And that's no fun.
He is either driven by rage and/or lust for revenge, or he just has a great deal of fun by doing what he's doing.
PS: I assumed some of you might be wondering why I don't address Ceeio by "they/them". It's because he goes by "he/him". And claims to be from Russia.
It is hoped that People of phoenix will return. His contribution to this region was greatly appreciated.

I can remember waking up in the middle of the night from dreams that would make good short stories, but I was too lazy to get up and write them down, and in the morning I could barely remember them. But then, in the morning I usually can barely remember my name.

Today 2 regions rejected my embassy proposals. I keep a list of them so I don't make duplicate requests. Occasionally I purge that list of those regions who have died. And it gives me a perverse sort of pleasure to do so. Crossed off 3 more today.

I agree. Dreams connect us with the archetypal world of the reptilian brain. With Nature and the Cosmos. In my humble opinion, they send messages. Cryptic, otherworldly messages one has to decypher. From very, very old creatures whose wisdom is primal. And violent. And beautiful.
