2. Section of Awards.— (1) The Awardee Candidates will be selected by the Parliament and the cabinet members. But, this type of selection is limited to a certain extent. The Cabinet then calls for a session and votes out the candidates and the winner for the respective awards are chosen.

3. Awards.— (1) This Act establishes 3 awards, which is the best number of awards that can be awarded. The three awards are as follows. The names of the Awards can be decided after passing of this act.

(a) The Native Award: Award is given to a native nation for their contribution and pledge towards the region. It is the highest award which a civilian or a native can get.

(b) The Foreigner Award: Award is given to those who aren't having their main nation or isn't part of India but, has played a major role in the relationship with India. Highest Award a non-civilian gets from India.

(c) The WADs Award: Award given out by the World Assembly Delegate towards reputed nations (native or mainly, foreign) upon accomplishment of certain roles which has also played an important impact upon India. Acts like a Roll of Honour.

BE it enacted by the Parliament as follows:—

1. Short Title basic and Defnitions if required.— (1) The Act shall be called as 'The Commissions and Committees Act, 2021'.

(2) 'Commttiee/s or Commission/s' is referred as panel/s.

2. Basic structure of the act.— (1) Any Amendment to the act should gain a majority vote.

(2) No panel shall be set up by making a different act.

(3) All panels shall be set up through this act only.

(4) The panels led down in the act shall function on Discord.

(5) The panels shall submit a monthly report to the government suggesting steps on the matter appointed.

(6) Within a fortnight of the submission of the report, the government should present the report of the respective panel in the parliament, making it available in the public domain, however, exemptions shall be granted through this act.

(7) When amending the act for adding a new panel, then the following should be mentioned in that section:
(a) Members of the panel.
(b) Purpose of the panel.
(c) Permanent or Temporary.
(d) Reports classified or no.
(e) Chairperson of the panel.

(8) The panels shall have the power to make files on google docs, and once declassified the files should be available on the region's website, and discord.

(9) A separate category on discord should be made for panels, not each, and channels should be named with same as the panel's name.

(10) On the dissolution of the panel, it's channel should be made available to the public in a separate category of archives.

(11) When the government feels that a panel/s is/are superfluous, then the government can dissolve that/those panel/s by passing an amendment, and giving the date of the panel's dissolution.

(12) The government shall have the power to dissolve any temporary panel via:
(a) a discord announcement or,
(b) a region-wide telegram and the same message in RMB or,
(c) a notification in the region's official gazette.

(13) The government shall mention the following when giving the dissolution notification:
(a) Name of the panel.
(b) Date of Dissolution.

(14) The panel which is going to dissolve shall, however, give the last report to the government which shall consist of its work done since the last month-end, and the government shall give the same report to the parliament.

3. Cabinet Committee on Security..— (1) The Cabinet Committee on Security shall consist of:
(a) The World Assembly Delegate.
(b) The Prime Minister.
(c) The Minister of External Affairs.
(d) The Minister of Home Affairs.
(e) The Minister of Security.

(2) The committee's purpose shall be to decide the policies and action's for the region's security.

(3) The committee shall be a Permanent Committee.

(4) The reports of the committee shall be classified.

(5) The government shall declassify reports when there is no security threat.

(6) The Committee won't suggest anything, but will actively implement things decided within it.

(7) The Committee shall not have a chairperson as the decision would be collectively taken.

3. Citizenship Commission.— (1) The Citizenship Commission shall consist of:
(a) The Minister of Home Affairs.
(b) Any 4 experienced citizens.

(2) The Commission shall review applications for citizenship, asylum, and shall do research with regards to the history, criminal records, etc. of that applicant, and shall then decide whether to give citizenship to the individual.

(3) The Commission shall be a permanent Commission.

(4) The Commission shall have the additional responsibilities of:
(a) maintaining a register of citizens.
(b) maintaining a register of refugees who are given asylum.

(5) The Chairperson of the Commission shall be the Minister of Home Affairs.

(6) The report of the Commission shall be a suggestive report to the Cabinet.

(7) Both the Registers shall be available in the public domain.

(8) The Commission shall inform the individual when his/her application is accepted or application is rejected.

(9) The Commission shall decide a usual time period for the application to be accepted or rejected, no application shall be ignored by the commission, and the applicants shall have the right to ask the commission about their application's status when the application's status is not declared while time has exceeded the usual time period.

(10) The Commission shall have the power to ask questions to the applicant if the commission has any queries or suspicions.

(11) The Commission's monthly report shall be declassified after every month in the parliament by the government.

4. Embassy Oversight Commission.— (1) The Embassy Oversight Commission shall consist of:
(a) Minister of External Affairs.
(b) Any 2 members experienced citizens in Foreign Affairs.

(2) The Commission shall suggest the government on closing embassies with which regions.

(3) The Commission is a temporary Commission.

(4) The Commission's monthly reports shall be made public once deemed non-sensitive by the government.

(5) The Chairperson of the Commission shall be the Minister of External Affairs.

(6) The Commission shall additionally mention the reason for its suggestion of closing an embassy with a region in its report, in detail.

The sudden influx of many fake nations especially during a time of elections or in general is a dangerous thing to India, given our sensitive international standing.

Noting- many puppets are given a more than lenient hand to be in the region, and pollute the RMB.

Hereby introduce the aim of the bill, which shall be enacted if passed.

1) Any resident may be asked to apply for citizenship at any moment of given time due to security concerns as deemed by the Government or the Judiciary.

2) Now Citizenship may be granted only through-

A) Forums
B) Through Discord

If the person cannot, do either or insists on in game telegram, it gets automatically voided.

3) Although this in game telegram Citizenship will be given to people who have registered themselves as WA.

4) If, the requested nation in clause (1), is not applying for citizenship despite on insistence, the Executive or Judiciary has to ban eject that nation within 3 days.

For example- If you request a nation to apply, they have to do so within 3 days or be ban ejected on grounds of security.

Noting that Field Marshal is the highest ranking position in Indian Armed Force (henceforth, referred to as IAF),

Acknowledging that Field Marshal is the commanding officer who ensures that military missions are taking place smoothly,

Further Acknowledging that the position of Field Marshal may be honoured to nations who have served the Indian Armed Forces in such a way that it has transformed the region,

Supporting the fact that the position of Field Marshal may stay with a nation irrespective of the fact that the currently served, served before or have retired from the said position,

Recognizing Akhand Bharatam aka Whole India’s contribution in the formalization of the Indian Armed Forces, establishment of Indian Intelligence Agencies, proactive role in Operation Rudra and Operation Trishul’s planning as well as execution, unwavering contributing leadership in India’s successful victory over Genua (Church of Magalende), successful occupation of Jaipur from Greater Hindu Empire (henceforth, referred to as GHE), successful retrieval of Indian National Parliament, successful annexation of Free India, successful multiple liberations of South India, and the successful creation of the South Asian Union as India’s Jump Point,

Further Rceognizing Akhand Bharatam’s tenure as the Defence Minister to be the golden age of Indian Armed Force,

Condemning Marvellia & Indusse for revoking Akhand Bharatam aka Whole India’s rank of Field Marshal,

1) Enacts this Resolution upon whose immediate adoption Akhand Bharatam aka Whole India’s honour & rank of Field Marshal shall be reinstated;

2) Mandates the Ministry of Defence to honour & promote Hindu Ram Rajya to the rank of Field Marshal immediately upon the adoption of this resolution by the Jana Sabha;

3) Further Mandates that any demotion of either Akhand Bharatam aka Whole India or Hindu Ram Rajya from the position of Field Marshal shall require this resolution to be repealed with a unanimous majority followed by a unanimous consent from both aforementioned nation, for the resolution to be repealed & their ranks to be demoted;
