What's the lore in Ruthenia / White Ruthenia / Lithuania
Ive owned them for centuiries they where core lands and the only slavic parts of Apollonia however they where also owned by Ludi and Woi so you will need to ask them too.
Lithuania was historically Ludi's territory, and before that Polish territory. White Ruthenia was mostly Anglo-Greek I think, while Ruthenia was the only territory to have been historically Slavic, hence why Yazakh originally had a stake in the territory. I'll wait for JR to corroborate.

Orwellian Tragedy
In 1946, British author George Orwell stated that "the Russian regime will either democratize itself or it will perish".
While it wasn't democratization that killed Joeania, and they aren't entirely Russian, it is still tragic how a nation as united and indivisible as Apollonia would collapse, murdered by their own Dalek brethren. The protests against the Atlas Corporation would halt for a week in Baltimore, and the fighting would nearly stop on Artemis to pay respect to the fallen nation, to the fallen people.
A few Atlas units would be rerouted from the stable Administrative State of Noio and from guard duty in Baltimore to secure Apollonian land, and to establish hospitals for the wounded. Thousands would land in Baku, Tbilisi, Krasnodar, Yerevan, Astrakhan, and Atyrau. For once, Atlas soldiers weren't required to fire a shot. Helping people from under rubble, tending to wounds, and searching for the dead took up Atlas activities. While they couldn't adequately populate these areas right now, the Atlas military would occupy these areas under the Transcaucasian Commonwealth, offering medical help and homes for any and all Apollonians. The further inland the Atlas soldiers went, the less life they found, cities completely empty of life and otherwise spotless cities covered in dust and the remains of Apollonians. It was a harrowing site. In the city of Lagan, Atlas chose to bury all of the unidentifiable Apollonians. The corpses of those who could be identified were buried near their old homes, or sent to living foreign family.
For once the Atlas Board felt shame, grief for the people, but doing this was something for the better.

On Earth, a tragedy had unfolded in full scale. The Daleks, who had been once subservient and faithful towards the Apollonians, had revolted. While military intelligence had been lacking in determining what exactly had caused this revolt, the implications and scale of this calamity that had eclipsed the Apollonian Sun were made clear. Hyperborean civilians and government agencies alike could only watch from beyond their holoscreens with horror as the Daleks systematically overwhelmed Apollonian defences and the country fell into ruin rapidly from there. Apollo's chariot had finally flown its last breath; the wheels and axles had broken; the fire-maned horses had torn themselves away from the Sun God's grasp. Now, a massive power vacuum had opened up on Earth. A nation that had dominated Eurasia for so long was just... gone. Most of its billions of people had been slaughtered, the landscape had been left in ruins, anything that was left was just a crumbling pile of rubble with the rainy clouds pouring down their light-extinguishing molecules from above. But above all sympathies, the Hyperborean Government was concerned about few things other than expansion and consolidation of the Federation as one of the interstellar powers. The wolves and the hounds in the State Duma had smelled the blood that the Daleks had unleashed upon the soil of the realm of the Doctor, and they wanted to leap towards it. Who cares if in the process of doing so, others were splattered with the blood of the dessicated carcass? After all, the animal was dead; the few cells that were alive would die soon; the territory was by all means free for occupation. And so, merely a week after the termination of relations with the fallen state, tens of thousands of Hyperborean star cruisers and starskiffs appeared over the cloud-shadowed ruins of Apollonia, to be specific, the regions of White Ruthenia, Ruthenia proper, and the northern Baltic regions of Latvia and Estonia. Totalling nearly 7 and a half million troops on a total of 39,000 starships, these soldiers were here to secure the remnants of the Apollonian state in these four regions and bring it under Hyperborean control, at least a large chunk of it. Soldiers began landing on their BMP and Kurganets flying armoured carriers into streets of ruined cities like Kiev, Minsk, L'viv, Sevastopol, Khmelnytsky, Dnipropetrovsk, Lugansk, Donetsk, Grodno, Mogilev, Bobruisk, Brest, Mozyr, and Saligorsk, where in each city, not a single human or Dalek lifeform seemed to exist. The soldiers spread out into the countryside where they passed little other than ruined infrastructure, slaughtered towns that had no life or living things in them; all of it was dead. The Hyperborean plan of occupation in the Ruthenian territories was quite simple; major cities were to be secured, while smaller provincial cities and towns were to be gradually taken and secured in an outbound radius. This sort of intricate web being knit over the carcass of Apollonia was to be the conquest of the territory by the Hyperborean Federation. The soldiers and their generals who entered the streets of Kiev were shocked by the scenes. Bodies were strewn everywhere, a stench of carnage was in the air. Buildings and infrastructure had been ruined beyond repair. It was hard to believe that a nation had once stood here thousands of years ago, let alone until a few weeks ago.
The commander of the invading Hyperborean forces was reported to have said this as he gazed upon the ruined city:
"The sun sets over the realm of Apollonia for the final time."
(claiming the two Ruthenias, actually conquering major cities, and will expand into Livonia in the future)
