Isle Of Wooloo Kingdom RMB Rules

Rule 1: Every nation has basic rights and responsibilities, as said in the Constitution of the region. Every nation has free speech, but cannot have their free speech infringe on others' free speech. Violating others' rights will cause them to be warned.
Rule 2a: Nations are not allowed to share their or others' detailed personal information in the RMB. All such posts will be first suppressed until the nation that posted it self deletes the post. If the nation refuses to self delete the post, Mods will be called in to fully suppress the post and delete the nation that posted it.
Rule 2b: A nation may never try to hack or impersonate another nation. If caught, the nation will be banned without hesitation by the Admins, and Mods will be contacted to further deal with the problem.
Rule 2c: A nation may not threaten another nation in any personal way when posting. The post will be suppressed, the nation banned by Admin, and the post reported to the Mods.
Rule 2d: Nations may not use money to gamble in the RMB. Posts that include details for monetary transaction will be suppressed, the nation that posted it banned by an Admin, and Mods will take over in punishing the offense.
Rule 2e: Talking about hurting or killing yourself in a comedic or non-serious context is barred from the RMB. All posts breaking this rule will be suppressed and the poster will be warned.
Rule 3: In order to participate in RP, nations must have land claimed on our region maps, or be a rebellion in another nation's map land. Any RP action made by nations that do not follow this requirement will be voided.
Rule 4a: Nations may not do unreal things in RP. All such actions will be voided. Nations may also may not modify the rules of science. All such modifications will be voided.
Rule 4b: Nations may not terraform maps without permission from the map owner. Any action involving terraform without permission will be voided. Nations also cannot destroy maps unless they are the map owner. Such actions that are not made by the map owner will be voided.
Rule 4c: When RPing a war, a nation must give the nation being attacked some time to respond to each action, and your actions should have basic detail in its description. You may not continue to attack a nation that is offline. Breaking these rules will lead to the action being voided.
Rule 5a: Admins reminding a nation that they are breaking a rule does not count as a warning. A reminder is given when a nation might not know they are breaking a rule. A warning as when a nation knows they are breaking a rule but does not stop. Bans that are a result of a nation being reminded will be overturned, and warnings given to nations that are unaware they are rule breaking will be converted to a reminder.
Rule 5b: Voids are not to be counted as warnings. All violations of this rule will result in a warning to the RO administering the void.
Rule 23a: Nations may not spread false claims with the intent to corrupt the view of others. Doing so will get the nation warned for violating this rule.
Rule 23b: You may not edit other nations' posts on the RMB when quoting the with the intent to make false evidence or to make them look bad. Such posts with edited quotes will be supressed, and the nation that posted it warned.
Rule 23c: Nations are allowed and are encouraged to edit posts when quoting them to censor bad language. If a post with super bad language is quoted but the content not censored, the post will be supressed until the nation that posted it censors the quoted post. There is not punishment for not censoring, but some posts may be supressed in order to be safe.
Rule 24a: Posts with flaming, uncensored swearing, and spam will be suppressed by an Admin on RMB. Flaming and uncensored swearing must be withdrawn. Refusal to withdraw will lead to the nation being warned under this rule.
Rule 24b: Quadruple or more posts are illegal and will be suppressed under this rule. The nation posting may be warned depending on the situation.
Rule 24c: If three or more warnings are given to a nation under rules 24a and 24b, and a majority of active admins agree on enforcing this rule, the offending nation will be banned in accordance with this rule for a time that will be decided at the point of banning.
Rule 25a: Nations may not evade a ban, limited or permanent. Evading a limited ban will result in a permanent ban if a nation is warned more than two times and a majority of active Admins agree to enforce this rule.
Rule 25b: A nation may choose to message the Admins and appeal a ban, but they cannot use a puppet and post on the RMB. Doing so is violating rule 25a. Appeals must be sent to a judge on the Supreme Court, and if they accept the case, you will be able to argue that your ban was unfair. If you win, you will be immediately unbanned, and if you had an RO position, it will be restored.
Rule 26a: RP actions that are way too overpowered and almost impossible, also called godmoding, is not allowed. Such actions will be voided.
Rule 26b: Taking control of another nation's actions or characters, also called godmodding, is not allowed. Such actions will be voided.
Rule 27: All bans must have a defined reason for the ban. All bans without given reason along with the ban, i.e messaging the banned person with a reason in the RMB, will be considered illegal.
Rule 30: Any actions taken in the name of the Isle of Wooloo Kingdom without approval from the Government on the RMB or elsewhere, will be considered illegal.
Rule 69b: All crab supporting nations will bombarded with melons. Melons may break the Geneva Conventions to further enforce this.
Rule 69c: If a denouncement war begins, you must watch or else you will be smited by Gonk.
