~A U T H O R I T Y~

§1 State Authority
I. The Archduke of Kaiserreich is the Governor of the Archduchy of Vedigothia.
II. The Archduke holds the absolute power to the governance of the Archduchy.
III. The Archduke holds the following powers:

IIIa. To appoint Secretaries of the Archduchy and a Chairman of the Council of Vedigothia.

IIIb. To enact laws.

~G O V E R N A N C E~

§1 State Government
I. The State Government shall be composed of the Archduke, the Chairman of the Vedigothian Council, the State Secretaries and the Vedigothian Council.
II. The Archduke shall be the head of the State Government as a whole and lead its greater affairs.

§2 Vedigothian Council
I. The Vedigothian Council shall be the legislative and executive body of Vedigothia.
II. The Vedigothian Council shall be made up of the Archduke, the Chairman of the Vedigothian Council and the State Secretaries.
III. The Council is led by the Chairman of the Council.

IIIa. The Chairman of the Vedigothian Council ensures that every secretary performs their duties.

IIIb. The Archduke may be the Chairman of the Vedigothian Council.

IV. The Council can amend and introduce edicts.

§3 Secretaries of the Archduchy
I. The State Secretaries shall be separate organizations to undertake specified administrative within the Archduchy with unlimited three month charters.

Ia. State Secretaries are led by Secretaries of the Archduchy with portfolio, who shall have the authority to organize their Secretary with permission of the Archduke.

II. State Secretaries shall be divided into offices.
