Unfortunately I'm having the same problem again. I don't really know when I'll be back, but I'm assuming it will be sometime next week or over this weekend.

Again, Admin team is in charge until I get back. TG me if the server goes to hell.

I’m not sure who that is but as long as they weren’t convicted of treason I’m sure they’d be welcome back in sonindia.

It's not that difficult. You muat answer issues. For each issue you solve will nationstates decide the effects on your country. After some time will it clearly become visible what kind of country you are building.

I finally got ranked in the top 1% for deck value, but i checked and I'm only in the 5% again. I looked at my trendline, and my deck value had spiked by almost 500% and then fallen again. Was there a card that someone bid stupidly high on for a moment there?

It's like voting in an election. You are 1 vote on the so many. If a proposal reaches a majority, it is implemented in all WA member states, otherwise is it rejected and must your country not follow it.
