• The Equal Rights Party believes that there should be more referendums on serious issues and that ministers/government should not make all the decisions

• The ERP supports the merger of President and Prime Minister

• We believe that the Culture Ministry should be active with hosting region events, creating fun polls, and to improve the activity of the region on both the discord server and the regional message board.

• We will not support any legislation that has the purpose to regulate Thaecia’s regional message board or discord. We support the independence of both those entities

• We want a transparent government who does not lie to its citizens

Foreign Affairs:

• ERP supports expanding our embassy list with more well known and large regions that could benefit us in the world stage while keeping smaller embassies that have relations with us.

• We do not support any interregional alliances that Thaecia could be pulled into, after witnessing the disaster of our relations with the AoR.

• We do not support any official treaties with other regions unless they have substance and are effective for the relations and alliance between the two regions.

Judicial Affairs:

• The ERP does not believe that the region needs to make any changes to our Justice Ministry as it works fine as it is.

• ERP will support any Justice that is nominated that has a track record of independence and impartiality with experience in legal analysis and debates.

Policy Proposals:

• The ERP will not support legislation that would radically change the region. We will support reforms to existing laws and to create new legislation that will benefit the region as a whole

• The ERP supports our current regional Constitution and we do not believe there needs to be any additional Constitutional conventions and we support changes to the constitution to be made through amendments.

• We do not support the creation of the Thaecian Hall of Fame.

• The ERP does not support the creation of a regional military, but we support the creation of the Security Council that will protect the region from internal and external threats. We do not support raids either

• The ERP supports legislation that will protect rights and freedoms of media organizations from the regional government

• We do not support legislation that would create a line of succession for the President and Prime Minister positions.
  
  

Article I - Membership

Section I - Any Citizen of Thaecia has the right to join the Equal Rights Party. The General Secretary has the right to revoke any membership of the party at any given time.

Section II - Members of the ERP have the right to either agree or disagree with any of the party manifesto beliefs. The party encourages constructive criticism from its members

Section III - Members of the party have the right to vote in internal party elections as well as run in those elections.

Section IV - Members have the rights to create proposals to submit to the ERP General Secretary.

The goal of the Thaecian Freedom Party is to unite Thaecia around all of our common goals to improve the region and for the democratic betterment of Thaecia through inclusion and discussion.

Internal Affairs:

• The Thaecian Freedom Party believes that the Ministries should provide more ministerial jobs to more nations that want to get involved.

• TFP supports the creation of the Recruitment Ministry to deal with recruitment of new and refounded nations.

• We support the creation of the Education Ministry to help out new nations learn about our great regions by taking courses.

• TFP does not support a merger of the President and Prime Minister positions.

• We support the creation of the Press Secretary position to provide updates on actions taken by the Executive Branch.

• TFP does not believe any reforms to the Interior Ministry or the Culture Ministry are needed as it is up to the Ministers themselves to decide how the Ministry should be operated

• We believe that the Culture Ministry should be active with hosting region events, creating fun polls, and to improve the activity of the region on both the discord server and the rmb.

• We will not support any legislation that has the purpose to regulate Thaecia’s RP. We support the independence of it.

• The TFP supports the WA and we will urge for the region to be more involved in it, which would increase the region's power and influence in it. The region must also set up a program for nations to be involved with how the region should vote on GA and SC votes as well as to help nations write up proposals.

• We support having a transparent government.

• The Thaecian Freedom Party has a stance of “soft globalism” in Thaecian Foreign Affairs.

• We do not support any interregional alliances that Thaecia could be pulled into, seeing with the disaster of our relations with the AoR.

• We do not support any official treaties with other regions unless they have substance and are effective for the relations and alliance between the two regions.

• TFP supports legislation that will protect rights and freedoms of media organizations from the regional government

• We support legislation that would create a line of succession for the President and Prime Minister positions.

• We support L.R. 028 House Committees Act but would be open to changes made to make it more effective.

• TFP will take a neutral stance on the past discussions between Bicameralism and Unicameralism.

Article I - Membership

Section II - Members of the TFP have the right to either agree or disagree with any of the party manifesto beliefs. However, it is recommended for party members to support the party in any decisions made.
Section III - Members of the party have the right to vote in internal party elections as well as run in those elections.
Section IV - Members have the rights to create proposals to submit to the TFP Council.

Article II - TFP Chair and Deputy Chair

Section I - The TFP Chair and Deputy Chair positions are responsible for leading the party as well as managing it.
Section II - The TFP Chair has the right to veto any proposals that passes the party Council
Section III - The TFP Chair and Deputy Chair positions are up for election every two months. The elected officials lose their positions if they resign, CTE, leave the party, or lose a Vote of No Confidence vote.
Section IV - The Deputy Chair is responsible for leading the TFP Council through any business they attend to. The Deputy Chair is also a member of the Council.

Article III - TFP Council

Section I - The TFP Council shall consist of 5 members, one being the Deputy Chair.
Section II - The TFP Council is responsible for voting and creating proposals and assisting the party Chair and Deputy Chair manage the party.
Section III - The TFP Council positions are up for election every two months. Elected officials lose their positions if they resign, CTE, leave the party, or lose a Vote of No Confidence.
Section IV - Vote of No Confidence votes must begin in the Council, reaching a two-thirds majority to pass. If it passes, it shall go to a party wide referendum, needing a 60% majority to pass and go into effect.
Article IV - Proposals and Amendments
Section I - Any Constitutional Amendment to the TFP Constitution needs a 2/3rds majority to pass in the Council and then a 50%+1 majority in a region wide referendum.
Section II - Any other proposal will need a 50%+1 majority to pass in the Council.
Section III - The Council can overturn a veto from the Chair in a two thirds majority vote.
