To avoid accidentally putting 2 nations into the WA at the same time (which is illegal in the game), using 1 email is the best bet as the game will inform you if you have another nation in the WA if both accounts are on the same email.

Trust me, I saw it... I saw it all, trying to return to the Forestkeepers' Megatruck at about forty metres per second while continually pestering the driver and her mates about how I was supposed to handle a Litter Collectotron MMXX... and then while helping to prove that your warnings about litter were infinitely better than UDS' "n/a" factbook entries... and right as I was told of all the moderate gratitude I had sparked in the hearts of a few dozen fellow like-minded ecothusiasts. To this I say -

That's probably correct! I can remember getting handed something that vaguely represented a litter-picking finger made out of copper thirty minutes before we began, on which was emblazoned "TO BE STRONG IS BETTER". I assumed it was for scaring off actual litterers on site; little did I know...
