Yes, very recently this flag has been used by trump supporters & "traditional" (IE nationalist) Christan/white supremacist groups in the USA.

However it does not originally belong to them, and I can't find any evidence that this has ever been recognised as a fascist symbol.

On the grounds that this may simply be an individual displaying official symbology of their home state (Massachusetts), we are declining to take action in this instance.

For those wondering what this is about:

The original appeal to heaven flag was commissioned by George Washington to fly over the Massachusetts Navy, was a contemporary symbol of the American Revolution, and from 1776 until 1971 was the state maritime flag of Massachusetts.

Uh oh — I was looking for a flag with a tree on it for WaltWhitman(ia). I read it was a flag used in the revolutionary war on wikipedia and I thought that jelled well with my anarchist-aspirational nation. I'll take this under serious consideration!

What Nam said, but also we don't judge the proposal based on the primary idea of it. We judge it on the content of the proposal itself. Of course, decreasing obesity and other illness is always good (not always, but you get my point), but should you read my recommendation (linked by Nam), you would find that the proposal itself is very poorly written, misguided, and has some weird clauses in there. If the writer was to come back with a better proposal that was more multiversal and had great ideas contained within the proposal, we would support that, but for now, no.
