With superpowers now taking advantage of the new fallen Kian-Khe state, the Expeditionaries make their move. Landing crafts begin landing on the beach, with each, troops rush out into formal legions, each carrying an LMG. After lengthy commands given from the Command Field Marshall Koler Rya, up to twenty huge legions march into the anarchy, settling and waning into the failed regime.

Meanwhile, artillery pieces and mobile missle trucks begin lining the coast to guard the coast from an ambush from pirates, small nations wishing to get a piece of land, etc. After several days of heading east, the legions finally stop and begin setting up emergency settlements. The land is officially named Kian Cányú Zhímíndì 4. The land is militarized, with a current unknown use, since the expansion was immediate.
