And one bloody hell of a civil war after(will be rp later but if im lazy just going to be a factbook:ooc)which cause the lost of the Capitol itself(ooc:yeah the entire hunger games thing rebellion)The Evil Dictator Andrew has been overthrown and as a punishment for his sins, he was sentenced to spend his whole lifetime on the underground city of Grealsford, The city where it was all planned. And now a new government has been introduced. A new one for the nation of Encantadia. Technocratism.

Section III:Government Reform
A.I. -Psychotic Dictatorship shall be replaced by Technocratism
A.II.-All government officials will be stripped off of their duties

• A.II.II-Former Government officials cannot run for a seat in the government

A.III. This article hereby supports the people's cry and the Revolutionary Resistance of Encantadia Leader, Lee Jong Suk, shall be appointed as the first President of Encantadia

• A.III.I. -Former Leader King Andrew has be punished by banishing him to the Underground City of Grealsford Alone.

• A.III.II. -Former Government officials must pay at least a hefty fine of 10-20 Million Lireos for war reparations,excluding Former Leader where all of his ownerships will be stripped off and will be given to the public.

Section IV: Culture Reform
A.I The Use of Mockingjays and Jabberjays shall be banned by the government and will only be used by the government to an extent.

• A.I.I-All Mockingjays and Jabberjays shall be caged in a private bird sanctuary and will be guarded and funded by government to ensure their protection from endangerment and foreign use.

• A.I.II-No citizen shall be allowed to use/capture/experiment/hunt these prementioned birds and will be arrested and pay fine ranging from a 2 months - 7 year imprisonment and 200,000 - 5 Million Lireo Fine depending on the damage that has been made.

• A.I.III-The Government can only use these prementioned birds on the signal of The Office of The President or The President himself in times of calamities and disasters.

• A.I.IV-The Police and Military will be provided a small amount of prementioned birds for the use of their specified jobs including; Training, Bird training,hunting criminals,helping endangered people in case of calamity and disasters etc.

• A.I.V-Any foreign institution or government trying to buy or sell these birds shall be banned and will face punishments in case being caught.

A.II.- The Hunger Games shall be immediately stopped and will cease to exist.

• A.II.I- Any high-ranking official or citizen caught renacting these shall face imprisonment and will pay a fine or being stripped off of their duties.

• A.II.II-All of the victims of these Hunger Games will have a proper burial on the Graveyard of Heroes and all of their relatives will be given some help by the government.

• A.II.III-All of the surviving winners of these games shall be immediately be put in a psychological test for signs of mental trauma and will be helped by the government for recovery. Untraumatized winners are to be given a spot in any department of the government for their problems and redemption.

• A.II.IV-Facilities that has used to held these games will either be demolished or reconstructed for new government purposes and all of their workers will be given a job replacement.

• A.II.V-Any teaching or things related to these games shall remain as a part of the old Encantadian books and shall not be redacted or censored in any of them. Any gore explanation or not-kid-friendly depictions of these games shall be banned.

• A.II.VI- All of recordings/videos/clips of these games shall be confiscated and be destroyed. Official copies of the Government shall be stored and any of these videos related to the games that posted on social media will be immediately deleted. failing to follow these rules will result to imprisonment or will pay a fine.
