No. This is on Nintendo Switch anyway, and the only games I play there are Overwatch, Animal C. and Splatoon. And for Overwatch, I muted players in co-op, and all direct friend requests came from Splatoon so maybe it's those players I sniped. There are random players who friend requests other players for fun or it could be they want to play against me again.
