Pictured is the first observed structure of the AIC that has been dubbed Contact Qui.
While no direct contact has been established, we have continued to observe and
study the development of the Qui for the past 600 years. Though they are still
rather behind The SA in terms of technological advancement, they have made
large strides and hit key milestones towards a true Interstellar Empire.
It is unknown if the Qui have noticed us, but it's hard to imagine they have missed
