I am yet to fully describe the training regiment of Arditi but know that several highly invasive procedures, a strictly regulated diet, and some periodic drug regiments are incorporated with high intensity training for a notably longer training period than most other forces.

May or may not because candidates are taken from during adolescences if they show particularly favorable traits.
Probably why I also have so few Arditi in comparison to the other corps.
Also probably why they are usually quite young.
