I am a libertarian. I am not callous. I don't think "you should just die". Also, while I sympathize with your family's health problems(for lack of a better word) that is one example. The US may have issues in the system however, I just think that the government should not have a single payer universal system Also also, due to the wait times, Canucks have actually left the country to get healthcare from somewhere else, don't you think that THAT is a problem? The US has about 10x as many people as Canada does.

It's not boring, though. Your problem here is that it's too high-stakes and your viewpoints cannot be justified in the face of such a reality.

"Libertarian, not callous" is a distinction without a difference. Libertarian right ideology is built on the foundation of thinking that it's okay for people to suffer and die based on luck, and that is callous in the extreme.

"Fine, but I probably won't like it."

Look, I'm gonna be honest here, Valsora is really chaotic, with large nations fighting each other to the other side, small and/or neutral nations are susceptible to being dragged into the war with or without reason.

Here's the updated history of Malphon, if someone wants to read it

Malphon history

by Malphon

Principality of Malphon:

In 1936 when Malpelo was on civil war, on the St.Louise island, the fights between Far-left and Far-right groups escalated to big degree that the groups had to threat, beat, steal, rape and use innocent people to become their members. Most of the population of Monarchaere (nowdays Varna, btw i used that name of the party leader of Partido de la gente Monachiko, sorry that i wasnt very creative) was outraged by this tyrany that all people got their arms and begun their massacare of Far-left and Far-right leaders of all the cities of St.Louise. By the end of 1936 all Far-left and Far-right leaders, members and supporters were dead for their crimes againts the population of St.Louise. After the end of the civil war in Malpelo the leaders during the massacare of the Far-left and Far-right groups declared independence and formed Malpon in mid 1937. The goverment of Malpelo did not accept that and declared war on us, in order to retrieve the island. The war was short, only 2 months in the battle of bridge Conexion (the only bridge that connects Malphon and Malpelo, btw if you dont like the name, its ok to suggest one) with Malphon witstanding the attacks of Malpelo. After the last offensive of Malpelo, their goverment made compromise with Malphon, only in one condition, to be their vassal for 30 years, help with restoration of cities, infrastructure and trade routes. And that is the beginning of Principality of Malphon.

The Principality of Malphon was dependent mostly on Malpelo in terms of food, raw resources and military. Our goverment was small at the time and there were alot of problems concerning our nation, with the national crisis in 1939 with the shortage of food, high percentage of unemployement, small labor market, unreliable military, corrupted officers, nonexistent police force and politicians leaving the nation to rot. By the end of 1939 the principality was on verge of civil war, but thankfully that was avoided thanks of Serkin with taking pity on Malphon, giving us financial help of 10 billion serkinos and food supply of which can hold for 10 years. And by the beginning of 1940 the principality is stablized and working in normal pace. Most of our problems have been resolved, but the last thing left was our economy, which in 1958 made economic crisis of the nation.

My economy is fine with the exports and the AOS, and the lucrative military contracts from Estander and all that, but wars generate a nice buck when people want guns and ammo.
Meaning, nah, I'm good.

Who said I wanted people to die? I just don't believe in burdening some people for the care of others. Also, I find it very amusing that you believe that I just relish in watching people suffer. Your socialist ideology is based on the la-la land that as long as we have the government all of our problems will be fixed.
