Not to mention, given that this is supposed to be a humanoid sized individual with a scorpion tail, the tail will be rather useless. The tail will either be heavy, rigid, and unwieldy due to the size and weight of the exoskeleton, or it will be viable and fast at the cost of both exoskeletal strength and coverage, meaning it can more easily be disabled.
Also, venom is a produced substance, which requires caloric intake that would most likely be sacrificed in order to maintain homeostasis of vital organ systems. Meaning if the tail can't be dealt with, keeping it's owner restrained and a in state of extended non-lethal starvation means that venom would become a finite, and harvestable resource that would eventually run out and leave the stinger as an over-glorified dagger.
In the situation that the tail is scorpion like in that it possess a stinger capable of delivering venom, but has an endoskeleton and a muscular system to match, than that means it can most likely be broken, damaged, and removed in a similar manner to any limb.

The idea behind this nation is a tropical island filled with anthropomorphized (will be referred to as anthro in all future factbooks) crocodiles and/or alligators known as Crocadillians.
This island will be like a similar theme to a Caribbean island with some Spanish influence. The nation is fairly liberal, but not super extreme.
If you want to come up with a Crocadillian name, take a normal Mexican/Latin American first name. For the last name, take two spanish words and combine them somewhat.

The Vanguard is the aerial workhorse for the Slagenseterian military, for wherever a Vanguard flies, either Slagenseterian troops rest snugly in it's armored carapace or military hardware hangs tightly in it's grasp. Despite all it's more transport oriented capabilities, where the Vanguard truly shines is in it's combat role as a gunship. The default configuration of the Vanguard is armed with a fifty caliber ventral-mounted machine gun, twin wasp rocket pods, side mounted passenger machine guns, and a modifiable bomb bay in the back. However, it is possible to arm a Vanguard further using the wings as a platform, from auto cannons to more rocket pods, the vanguard is highly versatile weapon. However with the added firepower comes added weight, reducing the amount of weight it can support. In the vanguard's heaviest configurations, the most it can carry without excess passengers is a small lightweight vehicle. Though, with an armament that heavy, it'll likely not require such a load for it's purpose at that moment.

The EIM-57 is Slagenseter Forn's current jet fighter. The EIM-57 is capable of going up to a maximum 2702 KPH without much issues. it able to be armed with up to four I-2 ATA missiles and four I-7 ATB missiles which are able to strike an opponent from the air at from beyond visual range.
Kinda like the H5 Diego, but more 'flat' looking (armor is still thick) and countermeasure devices.
However, I would also have to consider the properties of the venom as well as what the "normal" dosage of a sting is, as well as any abnormal properties of it. In order to do so, I would require samples of it, as well as samples of flesh and a variety of live subjects to test the venom on to see if there is any variation in how the venom reacts to differing species and circumstances.
