1. Magic works in all types of ways. Usually spells, potions, enchants, etc etc
2. Well EVERYBODY has magic, so the government uses it as well, and if you are born in the Coven with Covenianic blood and can't perform magic, you are deemed the 0.1% of "Unfit"
3. They can use it for almost anything.

This comic is based on these following events in the RMB. During the creation of this comic, I may have omitted or simplified details to make it possible for me to create it. For example, because each panel is an amalgamation of different posts by different people, what seems to happen simultaneously in one panel may be scattered across an entire RMB page.

I think it also continues on beyond the point that the comic ended, but...this...was becoming too much of a fever dream for me and my drawing abilities to keep up with.

Kampf's endless wives is an old and almost certainly overrused RMB joke which has cropped up repeatedly, usually manifesting with someone (no clue whom it is, maybe multiple people) spawning/reviving puppets and RPing as a Kampf wife. Usually results in the rest of the RMB residents uniting to smite the demons and/or lamenting the reemergence of the meme yet again.
