Fraxhemark is deeply concerned over this and requests you if you could secede the territory of Yincau to the Fraxhemarkian Government. Yincou will serve as a safe haven to the Kianese people in case of any conflict. Fraxhemark expresses its desire to help the Kianese people by protecting them. We hope the mutual understanding and trust between our nations will permit you to take this step. Yincau Autonomous Region will be administered by Fraxhemarkian Government on our laws and we aim to make it a global centre. The region shall be returned back once Kian Khe has a stable regime.

The Government of Fraxhemark admires the steps taken by the Shavaran authorities however, considering the political scenario in the region and the amount of destability, Fraxhemark feels that the Kianese people need a safe war-free zone in their own land and Fraxhemark as the peaceful nation it is, would be more than willing to provide it. We just ask for a part of the Yincau province as the priority here are the Kianese people above all the colonization. Fraxhemark stresses the land will be returned back to a stable Kian Khe regime. Tomorrow if a war breaks out in the region, the most casualities will be the Kianese people who do not deserve the mistakes of their extinct Government. Also, many Shavarans in Kian Khe who have moved there since your government took control would be in serious danger. In such a destabilized region there needs to be a place where all these people can have a good lifestyle with some peace and we are willing to help you with that. Tomorrow if a war breaks out, there needs to be at least someone who will be on talking terms with the other and can negotiate.
Please give our request some thought. We want to make the region into a global centre.
