The first time I had sleep paralysis I thought a kidnapper trying to strangle me to death and I could not fight back.

Not a good thing to happen to a 10 year old. 😬

?

I remember the first time I had sleep paralysis.
That was also the day my I had watched my cousin play FNAF without realizing what it was.

Luckily that's the only time I've had sleep paralysis.

I sleep on my stomach because I never want to get sleep paralysis

maybe not the best idea since from what I understand babies can have their health affected if they sleep on their stomach, so who knows maybe teenagers also get health effects

but it is worth it, to avoid seeing the demons

I used to sleep with the covers over my head when I was younger.
Same reason, just without knowing what sleep paralysis was.

ngl sometimes when I'm terrified I put my head under the blanket

So that makes two of us

I remember another time I got sleep paralysis. This time I was down stairs sleeping when I woke up and saw a figure outside. The light outside was a very light lime green, and very ominous. Outside, a bald man with glasses looked through the window and waved at me. He said something to me ( I don't remember what it was) but it felt like he was speaking right next to me ear. That's when he faded through the window and started to run towards me ( his legs wasn't moving).

No matter what I do I wake faceup

The closest I've gotten to sleep paralysis is thinking there was a monster in the corner of my room while I was trying to sleep.

Turning on the lights revealed it to be a coat hanging off a chair.

I don't even have sleep paralysis but still, every child knows the night monsters can get any part of you that sticks out from under the blankets (or worse, over the edge of the bed).
