The man looks to his left, and then to his right. The other 24 men gathered around him all sit in silence. "There is no going back after this. What we are doing is treason and will give us the death penalty. When you sign your name on this document you are hereby granted membership into the VFA, but you also put your name on the most damning piece of evidence the government could ever have against you." He writes his own name. "I Richard Wright, hereby found this organization to bring Democracy to Volinovia. For better or for worse, I am along for the ride now."

A man stands up at the back of the room. He is 6'2, roughly 200 pounds, his hair is dark and his eyes are green. He is Fredrick Gustav, son of immigrants, owner and main baker at his bakery in Hemsburg, a nearby village. He stands up and writes his and his son's names. They were going to fight for the cause. The other 23 men write their names and the names of some loved ones. They were all dedicating themselves to this organization. The organization they hoped would bring democracy to Volinovia.

Many of the men there lived across the country, in different areas of the mountains and valleys. They were going to start their local cells, and grow the cause until their voices could not be denied. It was time for change, and they were going to enforce it.
