Alright, but Hanseong Automotive Corporation owns the rights to those blueprints and they need something in order to sell the blueprints:

1. A suitable infrastructure available to supply these Hydrogen Fuel Cell cars with the needed hydrogen
2. A factory/factories that can be monitored by HAC staff at all times in order to ensure product quality
3. 50% of all Net Income as a royalty fee.
4. A contract/deal with the companies tasked with producing the cars for clarity and legal liability.
