I have a different view of utopia it seems. Anyways, Hello.
I have no culture. That's just the work of the NS Gods. To shape my lore around it though, I'm basically a Pacific island which was colonized and eventually freed from the British and French. My government and its constitution have been in power for only 70 or so years, So presumably Honourboundian culture is still in its 'testing' phases. I'd guess a 100-300 year existence IC to warrant any sort of specific and key difference from British and French culture.
Although culture may have a whole different meaning.. If so, Its basically because my citizens are pretty brusque and rude.
