"Fellow citizen and residents of Wintercrest, for far too long has our region been in hibernation. The halls of the People's Congress lays empty, our Government is sleepy and passive with no voices dare for change from within the party despite from closed conversations and rumors for hope to do justly so. This chain of cycle needs to be broken if we are going to survive as a region. With all these new residents seeking a region to call home we need something more to offer them than mere rmb roleplay. Wintercrest should be a beacon of NS socialism & prosperity, and it's time we snaps out of this hybernation through the results of this re-establishment of elections.

Since I've been back, i have successfully convinced 30+ nations to join our region within 3 weeks of not holding office or using stamps. Some are asking why they should join a region that looks so dead with little population of what was 20 so nations, when ours looks less active than others, or why they shouldn't remain in the region they're currently in. I've spoken of these simple goals i would take up with the RPC (Revolutionary People's Congress) to enact as representative and chairman." Edit: ✔ mark means it has been implemented or is in current progress of soon to be fully implemented.

• "A People's Congressional Session - Reorganize and reform Congress to better represent the People of Wintercrest" ✔

• "Z-Pism Act - Reaffirming that Zennyism-Piperism is the official state Ideology and sole guideline of our founders path left for us to follow." ✔

• "OCC Bill - make occ into () for rmb roleplay.
Ex: (Guys I'm going to hop off from the rp tonight, goodnight) instead of [OCC: Guys I'm going to hop off the rp tonight]"

• "The Two Term Plan (TTP): Overall goal being to stabilize and rebuild Wintercrest to it's former glory as a regional power with recognition from the NS Lefts (Sept-Dec)." ✔ Edit: Still not a member of the NS Left, but it was on hold but is now in progress.

• "Revolutionary Father of Winter Act: Jones Winter as Revolutionary Father, same honorary title and authority as Revolutionary Mothers" ✔ Edit: Jones Winter was basically given founder status with control of the account.

• 'The Great Flourishing: Massive recruitment campaign to the masses of NS" ✔

• "Certified Voters Act: Proof of WA via link to nation or a WA resident in Wintercrest to vote, in case electoral frauds." (Later date)

• "The Great Revival Forward: Overall goals to revive Wintercrest simplified steps in "Chairman Moro Thoughts" as well as transfer and update the Founder nation's regional factbooks info so it's kept current." ✔ Edit: We've simplified many aspects of governing and we strive to continue to expand the scope of which comrade nations can participate. Still working of aspects of Moro Thoughts with a few close comrades.

• "People's Call to Arms Act: All WA nations are drafted into the Wintercrest Revolutionary Army until founder account is restored. Military will be put through training missions. Edit: Has been suggested due to the founder account being cte at the time, but recruitment in the WRA is higher than ever before. Also the founder account has been restored, so there was no such need to enforce this as once needed."

• "Honorary Title Act - A bill to create a factbook to substitute needless power position with a list of nations and their cultural titles in the region. Sort of nicknaming for what they're known for, since all official titles and regional powers should be reserved for Ministers and Congressional officials. Ex of listing title: Minister/Specialist of Cheese Exports: Asmista" ✔ Edit: We've made a few title roles, though an official factbook and law will be establishing this more formally soon.

• "Socialism with Wintercrest Adjustment - With the absence of our Revolutionary Mothers, we should hold a session in Congress on the amendments to be made to incorporate a new adaptations to flex the power of cabinet and congressional oversight to ensure stability and a harmonious balance in the governmental structure. The creation of a bill that gives power to a official with the same authority as the Revolutionary Mothers. (State ideology remaiming Zennyism-Piperism and the RM's powers granted by the constitution will not be affected)" ✔ Edit: The outcome of this was the offical creation of the Revolutionary Leader by the Revolutionary Mothers themselves. Which lead to jones having Founder control, and Morograd leading day to day administration duties in assisting with the revival movement and the great revival forward.

"These are just ideas I have for pushing the region forward. We must also rebuild and filter our diplomatic relations and our embassies. Find ways to attract and grow our cultural activities. As Chairman i will carry the torch down to every department and ensure each Minister is weekly/bi weekly submitting a report of their progress and check if any support is needed to be diverted to their department. With the situation that Wintercrest currently face without the leadership of our Revolutionary Mothers, it's a pretty tight spot. Though we must recognize that they have likely moved on and are very busy irl. In this mindset, it does not mean they've taken the dream and ideology created for Wintercrest with them. Effectively, we will let the blieprints they've left behind guide us through spirit, and we'll finish to rebuild what they have created for all nations to enjoy. I can promise that we will not go on without trying, and the Act/Bills listed above, and more will follow down this path. So please vote for me as Chairman for a new era.
