Overview

THE PHOENIXENE EMPIRE is an imperial state residing in the middle reaches of the known galaxy. It is populated by beings made of fire taking an avian shape called "Phoenixenes". These beings are known to be near-immortal and are adepts in the art of pyrokinesis. The Phoenixenes, being beings made of pure plasma, cannot be physically harmed by explosions or plasma projectiles since extreme heat will only be absorbed into their bodies and add more mass into their form.

THE TERRITORIES

The Phoenixene Empire is home to a vast network of star systems. These star systems are divided into stellar provinces called Diocese. There are over 1000 of these Dioceses are governed by a governor known as a Prefectoral Archon, Archons being short form. For every 200 Diocese, there is an Administrative Prefecture which is led by a Prefectural Minister.
